No I'm sorry. I had that issue with my brother but he eventually ended up getting his own account because it was too cumbersome. And he wouldn't be able to be online at the same time as me.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's the case. Both me and my bro bought it in alpha and beta respectively so we were promised no extra fees. They won't charge you on your credit card multiple times unless they explicitly say they will.
