Is there any limits on what sort of items or tools our characters can just find? I know guns are forbidden, but how about something akin to a jackhammer?

It's actually a pilebunker, I had just said jackhammer because more people would know what that is.
Next question, can a Taijutsu user learn a Summon?

I don't believe so, on the show I think Guy summoned a turtle though. The turtle might have been there already though

How long does it take for two characters to get the status of "best friends"?

Raiken | There's not necessarily an amount of time it would take so long as you both admit to being best friends. Though, I would say at least two Gaian weeks of knowing one another. But for my rpc I make it a LOT more time. But that's just me. Time isn't necessarily important if you both admit to being best friends I would think.

When it comes to the Paradox clan. To have the clan move "Times Is Mine" work I would have to post with the clan member or I can post with any of my rpc?

Hmmm.... I'm not sure but I think it was Cold..yea i'm pretty sure it was him...wonder what happened to em?
But i think it is. I peeped in here during my time of inactivity and I saw a arguement in the OOC on something about him blowin a village up or sum....

Whatever village you are in when you join your profile will probably be towards the very bottom of the list on the first page. It will be in like the third post. You can to to other villages and train but you have to travel through the docks to get to other villages

Chakra points is how many words you have posted right? from what I have seen that's what it looks like I've gone thru a few things and havn rly gotten to understand the chakra points idea >.<
