As she walked to the Master room, she heard both Eileithyea and Jade come after her. It took a good five or so minutes of talking. Of course she left the room with both women and was some what calmed down. Now they got to the parlor and she stood in the door way. "Could we try to talk with Kang one more time?", the lioness asked her husband.

It took both her and Jade a bit of talking Lakshmi to calm down. As she rubbed Lakshmi's shoulders and neck. Now they stood in the door way as Jade gone into the parlor and talked to Rose, quietly. But she stood at Lakshmi's shoulder and nodded at Othniel, meaning she talked common sense into the Mother-to-be. Of course she stole a quick glance at Haldane and smiled. But her hair fell in front of her face; hiding a bit of a blush.

He was taking a sip from his cup when he heard them coming. When she asked if the could try talking to Kang he chuckled. " While he's still on that timeout you put him in. So If you want to you know were to find him.", he said as he placed his cup down. Then he walked over to her and reached his hands out to hold her shoulders and looked at her. " If you want to try again then we will. But he still might be cranky so be ready." Now he kissed her forehead and then would follow her if she went to talk to Kang.


Haldane held in a laugh when he heard that she put Kang in a timeout. But he did see Eileithyea glance at him. So he smiled back to her and nodded his head in a greeting kind of way. Though as Othniel got p he though it would be best to be there if both lions got mad. Getting up he followed Othniel over to her and stood behind him.

Of course she inwardly sighed when he kissed her forehead. Before she took Othniel's hand in hers and walked to the kitchen. Now they walked to the kitchen and she stood in front of Kang. "Look, Kang. I would like to get to know you as you. You don't have to tell me your past, none of you do. But remember, when I have children and they get older. They'll more then likely ask questions. And I don't think you'd really want to get mad at them. Besides, remember whose going to be the Mama.", she explained to the croc' in a gentle, stern voice.

When Haldane nodded his head at her, it was clear that her hidden blush grew. She walked beside Lakshmi's side. Of course, she was thankful at Lakshmi saying what she told her to. And it took her a moment or so to point this out to Lakshmi; which calmed her down. As Lakshmi talked she glanced at Haldane, well looking at him from behind her hair.

When they got into the kitchen he let her go ahead and stand before Kang who seemed to have just woken up. As she talked to the crocodile he and Haldane stood next to each other. Letting them work this out between themselves. Though while they were talking he turned his head and saw that some bottles of wine have been drunk. Then he just sighed and walked up to her and placed a hand on her shoulders. " He is a bit drunk. And he gets like this when that happens .", he whispered to her.


Kang had fallen asleep in the corner he was in. Wrapped up in his blanket trying to stay warm. Though he did wake up when he heard them coming and was barely wake when she started talking. " And if they ask I will tell them and hope they learn from my mistakes. But I don't need to tell you anything. ", he said to her then wrapped himself back in his blanket and tried to get back to sleep. Haldane saw the bottles and heard the way Kang was talking. When Othniel told her he was drunk he walked forward a bit and sighed. " Sadly he is right. That is one of the reasons no one lets him drink that much when he is around others.", Now he looked over to his drunk friend on the floor trying to sleep.

Now she face palmed and sighed. Before looking at the men,
"Could you just take him to a room? Hopefully we can talk common sense into him tomorrow...", she said and rubbed Othniel's arm. Of course she had a tried look to her face and eyes. Though after his answer, she gone to the parlor.

Finding out that Kang was drunk, she face palmed. Before quietly sighing and just started to pull a couple of small bottles out dry herbs out. Now she was making up an herbal tea, for everyone; mostly Lakshmi. Of course saw Lakshmi leave the kitchen to go else where.

He sighed and nodded his head. " Yeah we will. Come on Haldane.", he said as he reached for one of Kang's legs. Though he didn't wait for Haldane to grab the other side. Instead he just stared to drag the apparently now unconscious crocodile through the house. Every time Kang's head hit something they would be able to hear a sarcastic ' Oops '.


Haldane let out a sigh of his own and went to grab Kang's arms so they could carry him to a room. He was not expecting Othniel to just start dragging him through the house. But he did expect it when Othniel let Kang's head hit different thing along the way.

She sat in the parlor and closed her eyes. Though when she heard Othniel say oops, she rolled her eyes. Of course she was trying not to grin. Now she rubbed her belly with closed eyes.

She made the tea and soon enough took it to the parlor. Before pouring four cups worth of tea. Yet anyone who drank it would notice how relaxing it was. Of course she sipped a bit of her own tea. As Lakshmi happily took her own cup and sipped on it.

When Othniel got Kang to a room that he could sleep in he had Haldane open the door. Once he was nest to the bed Kang would be using for the night he looked to the crocodile. Then with a smile he pick him up into the air. Letting the drunk fall on the bed. Not caring how he fell or how he was laying down on the bed. After all that was done he and Haldane walked back to the parlor.


Haldane followed him to the room and opened the door for him. Though when Othniel let Kang just fall he rolled his eyes. But he didn't bother to help the unconscious Kang that was laying mostly on the floor at this point. When they got back to the parlor he started to take a sip of the tea. " This is rather good Eileithyea. Thank you.", he said to her with a warm smile. Enjoying the how relaxing it was.

She smiled up at Othniel when he came in. Before she patted his knee when he sat down. "Okay, baby doesn't know what I want...", she said, as she held her tea. Of course she meant food wise she didn't know what she wanted.

Hearing Haldane say that she smiled at him and bowed her head. "Thank you, I figured we all could of used it.", she said, before looking at Lakshmi. "Food craving?", she mused before getting a nod. "I know that I want meat, but I don't know what kind.", Lakshmi said, before sighing.

He smiled when he saw her. Sitting next to her he kissed her cheek when she patted his knee. Though when she mentioned not knowing what she wanted he looked over to Eileithyea. Mostly because he had no idea what to say or do. " We can get a lot of different meats so you can try them?", he said to her in hope that would help her.


Haldane sighed and Held his jaw in hon hand. Trying to think of things that could help. Though he did start to think of what Othniel said. " Would that work?", he asked Eileithyea. He was not able to think of anything since this was not his area of knowledge . So he was curious about what they could do to help Lakshmi.

She thought about it and shook her head. Before biting her lip now rubbing her jaw. "I don't want random meats. I know that I don't want any deer, bear, or cow.... Maybe squirrel or rabbit?", she mused as she was questioning herself.

She looked between the men, and looked at Haldane. Only to glance at Lakshmi before sighing. "Just try those two first. Since we don't know if morning sickness is going to effect her or not.", she said, well nodding at Lakshmi's request now. Before she picked up her tea again and started to sip at it.

Hearing that they should try the two meats she said he nodded. Then he went to see if they had any squirrel or rabbit. Though since those did not last long he doubted that they would have enough. So he ask Haldane if he could go and get some from the forest. While he was doing that he made sure the chiefs cook the little they had. "We will get a lot encase you feel like having them later so we don't have to go out and hunt them again.", he said as he watched Haldane leave to go hunt.



Haldane quickly went to the forest after Othniel gave him the order. As he was hunting he was able to find a few rabbits and squirrels. Once he had what he thought would be enough at least for a while he returned. When he got back he brought the meat to the kitchen and handed it to the chiefs.

She looked at the men and smiled,"Thank you guys.", she said before looking at them. Of course she sipped at her tea well rubbing her belly. Yet she knew better then to argue or try to go hunting herself.

She stayed with Lakshmi, after watching Haldane walk off. Now she bit her lip some before noticing the blush on her cheek. Of course she started to talk with Lakshmi about things. Yet, when either of the men returned they stopped talking. Which resulted in Eileithyea stacking her books on the coffee table.

When Haldane came back from the hunt he followed him into the kitchen. Then he had the chiefs make the food. Having them male enough for every did take up some time. But as soon as the food and drinks were prepared Othniel and Haldane brought the food the the women. He had his and Lakshmi's food and drink in hand. Placing her food in front of her as he sat next to her.



Once the food was finished Haldane helped take the food to them. He had his and Eileithyea food and drink in his hands. When they got back he gave her a smile as he place her food near her. Now that everyone had their food and drink he started eating. Though unlike Othniel he eat with forks and knives. But also took it slow while he eat instead of just eating it by the handful.

Now she looked at Othniel and smiled,"Thank you my lion.", she purred. Only to grab her food and start to nibble on it. Once she started to eat the rabbit, she seemed to relax. Now she started to sip at her drink. "You're a good hunter Haldane.", she said, well nodding at Haldane. Followed by looking up at Othniel and smiling. Of course she hoped there was no idiots trying plan on attacking them.

Now she blushed when Haldane put her plate and drink down. "Thank you.", she muttered. Before she started to eat and heard Lakshmi talk to Haldane. Of course she nodded hearing this and gave him a thumbs up; since her mouth was full with a mix of meat and drink.
