It is to be noted, the letters I have sent out have not been sent out just a few people. The letters are aimed at one person, as it states in the being of the letter it is a mass guild message that has been sent to everyone.

Perhaps I haven't been paying attention to the proper posts, or am missing some other aspect of things entirely, but I have no idea what's going on in regards to 'mod bashing' and 'not RPing properly'. I mean yeah, we have approximately 1-1.5 metric assloads of inactive members, and have been so apparently since before I came back, and they should be culled out. As far as the RPing thing goes though, the only problems I'm seeing are the occasional grammar and spelling errors, and a lot of those I'm sure can be attributed to being dead-to-the-world tired, but insistent on furthering the storyline.
I dunno. I need a beer. But I'm only nineteen, so a virgin Jack and Coke will have to suffice.

I ahve to agree with Serrated (I got the letter XP sweatdrop ). I do realize that there are several obvious cases where they just aren't showing up, and yeah there are some mistakes, but that's due to the QWERTY keyboard, in my opinion... And I haven't seen anyone being cruel to the mods, except maybe while they're in-character. But I thought it was okay for your character to be evil.

It is true that the letter does not apply to everyone... maybe a choice few. But in the fair of addressing the issue is the reason I have sent a copy of the letter to everyone.
It is true Dizzy that there have not been any direct attacks on the mods. But people do not realize that we as mods have standards to up hold and a lot of things we have to deal with. Like I said in the letter it is nothing personal, honsetly I like everyone very much in the guild and do not want to have anyone leave. But basically is a warning to everyone that I will being pulling my weight for a change to less the burden to the other mods and make sure the rules and standards are upheld in the guild. And I am hoping that all who care about this guild feel the same way.
And if you would like some examples of the ways people have been tarnishing the standard of the guild I will name a few.
Several people with rp post that are under the minimum of 5 sentences.
Grammar, while not everyone is good at grammar, but when people notice grammar errors more than person's writting could be easily dealt with careful double check or a spell checker.
Thank you Serrated for touching on that.
People going missing or on haitus and not listing in the Absent forum that they will be gone in the first place.
People whining about not know what is going on with the plot and are too lazy to read it themselves unlike the people actually try to put effort in and read over things.
I sorry if I sound bitchy and mean, and again this does not apply to everyone. The people who does will be getting warnings or will be leaving the guild soon. But to everyone else I am bring this up because I want all of you to be aware what is going on, and to please not let yourselves fall below the standards. I know some of them may be high but really believe that is why this is the best guild I have ever been in. I hope you all feel the same way too.

sweatdrop Anyways, I see your point. (the following is a random/rhetorical statement) I confess to having very short posts on several occasions, but I'll try harder. As for the mod disrespect, yeah, I get it now, that really isn't fair....

Thanx for making me feel liek an a** Reaver. did it ever occur to you that I didnt knwo that?
I was litterally jaw dropped and felt so horrible. SO I erased that pm of question and now I dont if I will stay in teh guild since you seem so pissed off at me now
