((TFP---Raven))
It seemed Raven had spent an entire week in the same office building as work went on around her. New York was now looking better then ever; thanks to the efforts of the Heralds and the people of Exire. Raven drew in a long breath as she pulled back the deep red curtains that covered the balcony glass doors and windows. The warm light that greeted her was gladly welcomed with outstretched arms and a soft yawn. “Four hours sleep…not bad Catherine.” The blonde female mused with a smile. She looked back over her shoulder at the office. It was pretty tidy, save for a few documents scattering the desk and a blanket covering the couch in which she had slept. Still, Raven began to tidy away a few things before calling down to reception and asking for some strong coffee and painkillers.
When her drink and pills had arrived they were joined by a letter written by Kojiro. She read it over a few times with a curious expression before deciding that it was nothing to worry about for the time being. She trusted Koji more then most people on her team. The reason behind that was a mystery even her herself. Raven stepped out onto the balcony and leaned over the edge. She smiled again at the metallic city below. “Things are moving fast” She laughed and took a sip of the hot liquid which burned her throat and warmed her up inside. “Excellent…” The French woman was expecting a few visitors any moment now. A feeling she had that she was sure would be correct. With a quick flick of her wrist, Raven sent one pill flying into the air before catching it in her mouth and swallowing it. She smirked and repeated the process before gulping down a mouthful of coffee. “Coffee and painkillers….what a meal.” She muttered sarcastically.
((TFP---Serena))
The white haired new comer had made herself quite at home within the recently remodelled hotel. During the week she had gotten round to meeting the infamous leader of the Fallen Phoenix’s and had even offered her services to Raven. The blonde woman had been a bit unsure at first but after some smooth talking on Serena’s part, she had soon agreed that Serena could become a member of the Fallen Phoenix’s, unbeknownst to Kojiro... Yet another step down on her small list of things to do. Serena was currently in the middle of doing Yoga. A form of exercise that helped kept her in shape and flexible. After a few hours, Serena showered and began preparing a light meal for herself. “I thought that kid might have come back at some point. Hmph, he will in time…If not I will have to hunt him down myself”

Demios sighed as he looked out the window next to his seat seeming staring off into nothingness. In one hand was a letter, it was the one Genya had wrote to him. He never told Genya that he had used a spell to make it so his letters always came to him and likewise for his to Genya. As if it wasn't bad enough they had failed to save Sydney, one of the few heralds he liked, he also wouldn't be seeing Genya anytime soon. He knew it was probably safer for him to be home with his family, but it didn't mean he had to be happy about it. In Demios's otherhand was a pencil that was he was spinning between his fingers. His mood was obvious by the fact that the pen was glowing with a dark aura glowing around it. Around his neck hung a charm that looked like the blade part of the silence glaive. This was because he had used his magic to change it into a pendant so it'd be close incase he needed it. Even the charm seemed to have a dark glow to it. Demios just couldn't understand why nothing seemed to be going right in his life these days. "Maybe its a sign" He mumbled to himself. The more he thought about it the more angry and depressed it made him. Soon the pencil began to crack but Demios didn't notice. However, the arm rest next to him began to rotate between slightly smoking and freezing.

"No, no. I'm still the man you pretended to love many, many nights ago Victoria." Che responded to the girl who finally seemed to be determined to fight back against her hunters. Che released her, then got back onto his path to the UNS hotel Will and Thomas had setup from them. "Good move. Better than adding more hours onto your hide and go seek record. My gameplan may disappoint you though...just stick around until my way to get out presents itself. All I want is my job back. Nothing else at all. Got me? For now, I guess I can keep you safe from the Heralds."
~~~
"That's fine." Timothy replied to Sabrina. He couldn't hold a grudge against one of his more closer friends. He's given Noah the same speech and Adam as well. Now that Raven's building was in view, Timothy kept silent. The silence spoke for him and the green woman. Passing into the building, he noticed Soliel at the reception desk. The magma owl noticed him, then followed behind him into the solid gold elevator.
~~~
"They're either love your, or try to beat you like a pinata. We'll see Cecilia." Roulin replied to the girl at his side. Once again, he turned to the window and sighed dejectedly. Behind him a few rows, he could sense Nik's sadness. His immense sadness. Before Nik could fall deeper into his spell, he reached out to the shadow user using telepathy.
~I can feel that you are far from satisfied with getting out with just your life. I assure you, what went on in Azarath isn't your fault...I...None of us were strong enough in that world...~

With their little trip now over Luca sat in the UNS hotel, his robotic arm was on a table, he looked at it, and sighed as he began to work through the processes of putting it back on, he had to take it off to clean it and it was a hassle but it was a hassle he accepted if he had a lesser biotic he wouldn't be able to pull a trigger or channel his electric powers. After the procedure was finally over he clenched his hand into a fist. "There we go, good as new." He said as he stood up. He was wearing a black tank top with a pair of light blue jeans. He clenched his hand again to make sure things were all better. He sighed and looked over leaning against the wall was his gun, the gun he had used to kill the countless targets he has had. "I will need to talk to Lucien.....My contract is up, and soon I won't be in the employment of the UNS, I'll be gone and they...Will pass out of my life." He said softly.

Cecilia let out a rather deep sigh as she fell silent once again. It was clear that Roulin's mind was elsewhere now and she did not want to keep pestering him. She released her hand from his and finished off her small snack and drink before she gravitationally threw them away into the trashcan that was built into the wall next to the miniscule bathroom without even moving from her seat. Still, even though she could do something like that with ease, she still needed to discover a way to do more with the gravitational branch of her mutation without exerting too much energy. Perhaps she unleashed too much at a time. She hadn't expressed this concern to anyone yet for she wanted to figure it out for herself. The plane soon began its descent towards a peaceful South American city. Soon they would be reunited with the rest of their comrades, and hopefully they would be able to put an end to the war that was happening here.

A week later and Morgan was still wondering what the hell had been in the food supplied by the blonde demons house crews. for about three days after she had found herself nearly unable to function without having to run to the bathroom in haste. the last five days had been much better in comparison though, but she still had to wonder. The Uns building was like nothing she had ever or probably would ever see. "umm.. tell me why they brought me here with them again?" she asked looking rather spacy as she wandered the halls of the large and rather unfathomable building she was now lost, or roving in. this might even be worse than the damn mansion she thought at least happy to see living beings walking the corridor if not completely human, they were more or less more friendly. Eventually however Morgan managed to make her way to a more recognize able level... well at least she thought she remembered that picture with the naked lady standing in a clam shell, by chance she started randomly opened a door to find a familiar face! "Ah! Bailey!"
-----------------------------------
Ember, woke with a massive hangover and no absolute idea as to where she was. "i know i was supposed to be doing something or else i wouldn't be up now...." she mumbled to herself with a yawn, stretching and scratching at the back of her neck to notice she was sleeping on the floor somewhere, "i guess i can sleep anywhere" she thought standing and requiring a stretch once more before noticing the large cabinet full of alcohol and the sudden reminder shot through her brain, "damn it" she grumbled turning from the cabinet clenching her teeth she placed a hand to her throbbing temples as she stumbled out of the room and collapsed in a lounge chair sitting in the living room, Why is it i always randomly wind up here after two sleepless nights and a sudden drunken stupor she thought listening to the clock that ticked behind her telling a time that had never been correct in the first place. she had tried several times to burn the house full of memories down, but had not been able to. <******** i have lived way to long" she mumbled to herself as she rubbed her face with one hand.

Bailey looked towards the hotel bed. Spread upon it were different books, which Bailey had taken from Will's library. When she had perused the collection, she expected to find nothing, but horror, but she discovered that there were many genres. The collection, which lay upon the hotel bed were biographies along with quite a few mysteries and some fantasy novels. On the nightstand was an open book that was placed face down, clearly the novel she was reading at the moment. It was quite clear from the picture on the cover that the book was a Fantasy novel. With a sigh, she walked over towards her bed, pushed the books aside and plopped over, resting on her stomach with her bare feet erected. Using her vectors, she brought the book on the nightstand towards her and began to lose herself in its pages. However, her journey into the fantasy world was short-lived for the door had burst open and in walked Morgan. With a small and barely audible sigh of frustration, Bailey lay the book aside and sat up, brushing her ebony hair away from her ice blue eyes. "Oh, hi. Um...how are you feeling?" she asked in a rather awkward tone of voice. Bailey had yet to become used to the human girl's strange antics.

IBlameRoadSuess Nikolai sat by himself at the back of the plane, his eyes closed and his music turned up loud, trying to block out the thoughts in his head. He had failed to keep his promise yet again, he couldn't keep Happiness safe, he couldn't defeat Rage, and he couldn't save Sydney. Nik sighed as he still couldn't get his head clear; he couldn't shake the thought or the feeling that everything that happened was his fault, just like before. Hindsight was always perfect, if he had gone by himself when Happiness first told him about it, or even just brought Anya, they probably could have at least stood a chance against Rage. So many things he could have done differently, the battle itself was hardly important, the three emotions nearly killed all of them, if it weren't for Sadness they wouldn't have even made it out of Azarath. He opened his eyes and eyed Roulin and Cecilia in front of him a ways. He could tell that their conversation was somewhat serious, and they had already talked about their failure in the days following it, but why didn't they seem sorry about it? Why didn't it seem to carry the same weight with them as it did with him? Was he the only one who really even cared that they had just failed to keep Rage from taking over Sydney's mind? Who knew what she would be up to with Rage at the controls of her body, but Nik knew that it wouldn't be anything good. ((Flashback: Azarath)) "I'm sorry, Nikolai... everyone... I'm sorry we had to bring you all here..." Sadness had murmured, loud enough for Nikolai to hear. "I knew that this attempt would be futile... I shouldn't have let Happiness talk me into bringing you here... I don't want you all to be killed too... So... Please, forgive me..." And with that, Sadness whispered a phrase under her breath and each of the group's shadows (Nikolai, Roulin, Cecilia, Demios, and Anya) enveloped them into an embrace from the floor. This would save them from any more of Rage's attacks. It was basically the same kind of transport they had first taken to get to Azarath with Happiness still with them. Except this time, it was a one way trip back to the real world for them. And Sadness would no longer be hitch hiking within Nikolai's shadow either...~~~~ ((Present Time: On a plane to South America: Roulin, Demios, Cecilia, Anya, and Nikolai)) It was a long plane trip to South America. Anya had not be particularly happy when she woke up back in the real world suddenly in the middle of their fight against Sydney's Rage. Granted, she now understood Sadness' reasoning behind sending them out of Azarath. But still. The Poison Owl was not happy about being pulled out a fight, only not as much as she had been when Nik interrupted her in her fight against Lorna.
Anya spent the entire trip staring out of the window. Her seat was next to Nikolai's across the aisle from the Dancing Owl. She had noticed that Nikolai was definitely more... depressed to say the least after leaving Azarath after their failed attempt to help Sydney beat Rage. It was most definitely not like him to be depressed for so long either, and it was beginning to get on her nerves a little bit. With a slight frown, Anya got up from her seat and approached Nik. She bent over and removed one of the headphones from his ear. "Alright. Enough with the sulking already." she stated bluntly. She wasn't trying to sound annoyed. She really wasn't. She understood why Nik could be so depressed that they had failed, but she didn't know if there was something else working around in his mind as well. But still, this was going a little too far. Anya didn't like seeing a friend of her's being depressed, sad, or anything. Especially not Nik since he was always so chipper and dancing around. "I understand that you're upset about failing to help Sydney, but don't you think you're taking this a little too far?"

Nikolai frowned a bit more when Roulin talked to him telepathically. Nik didn't think Roulin knew what he was talking about, sure they had all gone in there to help, and they had failed, but while Roulin said it wasn't Nik's fault, he knew otherwise. If Nik had listened and gone as soon as he found out about Sydney, they might have been able to stop Rage before she started killing off Sydney's emotions. Sighing, Nik was about to reply when his thoughts were disrupted as Anya removed one side of his headphones from his ear, then started to... was she trying to make him feel better? He sighed and looked over at Anya, moving his headphones down to his neck and saying, "Taking things too far? Is too far realizing that we weren't in time to save most of the emotions that Sydney had? That the only emotions she has are blind rage, unbelievable arrogance, and unending sadness? Let me put this in perspective for you Anya."
Nik stood up and walked out into the isle and said, "There is a herald out there, with her emotion called Rage in control. Think about that for a second. Someone with godlike shadow powers, who is angry at EVERYTHING, and can think of nothing better than destroying whatever she can find. Does that sound like we should take it lightly?" Nik sighed and shook his head, and said, "And the worst part about it for me is, it's MY fault. If I had just listened and gone with Happiness when she first contacted me, I might have been able to stop Rage before she took control. I was the one that made the decision to wait for all of you, and waiting turned out to be the wrong choice. People dying isn't something anyone should take lightly Anya, especially when the blame is theirs. I would have thought you would know that." Nik walked past Anya, further into the back of the plane before sitting down in a different seat. He hadn't meant to snap at her like that, but he just didn't understand how they could take it so lightly.

Demios was still staring out the window when he herd Anya and Nik. At first he tried to ignore it, but soon it became obvious that it wasn't going to work. Finally in his irritation his pencil totally snapped and the armrest was now burned and where it wasn't burned it was totally frozen. He quickly stood up and walked over to the two of them. "Your right Nik the herald is out there and she is past the point of no return" He said. He grabbed his amulet tightly "We can't kill them in her world, but we can in this one" He said angrily. He then ripped the amulet off and it turned into the silence glaive again. "If you want to b***h about how bad things are then why don't you go kill her" He said nearly yelling at him. "We've all lost someone or another that we cared for and we still have to continue so why don't you do everyone a favor and either put her out of her misery or knock it the f*** off" He said as he threw him the silence glaive. "This weapon was formed by my power, the strength boost from all the owls in new york, the power of the herald of body, and my own rage" He said. Just touching the glaive one could feel its power, but they could also feel the corruption of it at the same time it literally felt cold, angry, depressed, and hateful every emotion he had felt since New York. "It should do to kill her" He said his voice cold and unfeeling.

With the kind of response she got from Nikolai, Anya was kind of surprised. He'd never snapped at her like that. At least not as harshly as he just did. Sure, they had had their arguments in the past, but nothing like this before. However, as the surprise faded, Anya's frustration began to flare. Not only that, but she was also very angry that Nik thought that she didn't know what it felt like to have the fault all blamed on her. Her eyes narrowed and she strided quickly after Nikolai. She scowled as she grabbed the headphones off his head. She wanted his attention now whether he wanted to give it to her or not. Right now, Anya did not care in the least that Nikolai would most definitely get angry with her for stealing his precious headphones. "Don't you dare think that I don't know what it feels like to think that something is all your fault!" she shouted at him. "Because I damn well know what that feels like ever since I was ten!" Anya glared at Nikolai, doing her best not to smack him across the face once or twice. "Trust me when I say this Nikolai D Krane: You're getting off lightly compared to what I did when I lost control and killed the whole ******** city of Berlin! You at least weren't directly involved in the deaths of damn emotions you're crying over!" With that, Anya threw Nikolai's headphones back at him and spun on her heel to head towards the front of the plane to find another seat, far from Nikolai for the moment. Mostly because she was so mad she felt like using the Dancing Owl as a punching bag at the moment. That was not something she wanted to do.

Before Roulin knew it, there was yelling coming from the back of the plane. Loud, racous, irritating yelling that jarred the contemplative owl from his daydreams. Running his fingers through his hair, he attempted to bare the volume of Nik, Anya and Demios conversation, but Nik's emotions were starting to bore into his own. "Oh my god...shut the hell up...." Roulin mused annoyedly under his breath. Tugging at his collar again, he sat back in his chair. Without him noticing though, his seatbelt undid itself.
Tired of the bickering, Roulin looked up from his seat and shouted, "The three of you! Shut up!" The lights that lit the overhead areas flickered as his voice rang throughout the cabin. "It was a failure! We get that! Now we have a Herald on the loose in the real world! We've made another enemy stronger than the one at first! The only thing we can do now is lick our wounds and plan something else and try not to be killed before we meet our goal...now please...Anya, sit down. Demios, sit down and Nik, stop crying. As long as we still have each other and our friends, we can do this." And with a huff, the life owl fell silent.
Over the intercom, the pilot's voice rang through saying, "The plane should be landing shortly..uhhhhh.....please take your seats and uh....return all trays to their upright positions. Thank you."

Cecilia had expected that there would be some tension between the group, but she did not expect that there would be anger. Closing her eyes, Cecilia began to rub her temples in order to calm her nerves, which were building into anger. She knew that adding her own anger into the pile would not help, and given what happened when she grew angry, it was best to attempt to remain calm in such a situation. She remembered the first time she had grown truly angry and shuddered at the memory. It was the reason that Cecilia struggled to keep her emotions steady and keep a calm resolve. Relief touched down upon the sapphire owl as they were informed over the intercom that the plane would land shortly. A few short minutes later, the plane had touched down safely upon the airport in the city that was within South America.

Demios turned as he herd Roulin it seemed that everyone was angry, the loss had really shaken everyone up. He glared at Roulin "...fine" He said glaring at Roulin. He took his glaive back from Nik and turned it back into its amulet form. "Nik you should realize that this isn't over odds are she will be back, and with how we left her she will be pissed....I hope you're ready to face that" He said as he took his seat. He picked the letter from Genya off the floor and folded it before putting it into a pocket in his bag. He then noticed the Genya doll in the bag and frowned before closing it. When the plane landed Demios quickly exited still not really wanting to talk to anyone, he was sure if he did they'd all lose their temper again.

L sat in one of his lounging chairs watching his student. The training had progressed well. Moli was picking things up as well as any teacher could hope. The colors changing in his hands were growing at a steady rate. The giving of weight to light was a harder talent to learn but the young man was proving a promising replacement. The current light herald, despite his rather relaxed position, watched his student with great interest. His focus was better, still looked to be straining to hard but that was to be expected when learning something. The ease would come in time. "Keep going Moli, there are infinite shades of color, i want you to hit as many as possible."
