Cassie's trying to block off the villian's attack when she sees Hartley running towards her... she's to busy blocking to grab the lasso.
"Hartley lasso him and get really angry! It'll work for you as as you get mad!"

*Atrocitus flies back out of Guy's reach, roaring in fury. He fires more red energy at Guy's clipper construct. Then he createds a wave of red energy to try and keep Cassie and Patroclus*

Hartley smacks into the wall. this was a disaster. He was going to lose his chance to get 'in' with Cassie at this rate.

Cassie then manages to dodge the attack and continues flying around the villian to keep him busy.. She gives Guy a look.
" I'll keep him busy.. You knock him out."

Gah. This wasn't working. Hartley untangled himself from the lasso and went to pick up something else he'd seen in Cassie's room...a three-stringed instrument...a lute.
"This is more my speed..."
It was slightly out of tune, but Hartley compensated and started playing the first thing that came to his mind...
"Rock a bye baby
on the treetop
When the wind blows
the cradle will rock"

Cassie continued trying to distract the alien and grabbed her lasso before he could get to it... She watched as he followed her and kept after the lasso.
