Medical ◊ Genin ◊ Natural Healer XXX"Well, that's rude...she never even acknowledged my question..." Yuri sighed as he shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. Haruka was probably too focused on other things at the moment. Besides, Yuri was in need of focus as well. Looking back at his sensei, Yuri nodded in understanding to his sensei's words. "So Ansatsuken is a style that follows the way of the warrior, to seek out stronger opponents and continue to challenge yourself to come out on top. I see..." he said as he placed his hand upon his chin. This style really was perfectly suited for him.
Watching his sensei perform the technique, he knew exactly what he needed to do. Taking his stance, Yuri rushed forward. Covering a distance of 10 yards, Yuri leapt upwards and brought his leg behind him, performing a spinning heel kick. Landing upon the ground, Yuri took a short jab with his left fist. He then brought his right fist forward from the back in order to punch hard. Bringing his left hand back, Yuri crouched his knees slightly as he finished the combo. "Koryuken!" he cried out as he used his leg power to leap into the air, bringing his fist along with him as he performed a semi perfect Koryuken. It wasn't performed fluidly, but it would have to do for now. Yuri was just starting to understand the basics, and he still needed a lot of work to do. 23/25

"This move is taunts of your style and choice but as you do it you're closer and closer to your opponent." Raiden kept doing taunts while getting closer to Yuri. "And if and when you're close enough...Bam! surprise attack of your choice." Raiden said with his fist stopping at Yuri's face. "Now you try."

Medical ◊ Genin ◊ Natural Healer XXX"What?" he asked as he was taken aback by the sudden realization that this was actually a move from the style of fighting. "Are you being serious now? A taunt?" he asked as he moved his face to his right to be able to see Raiden's face since it was blocked by his fist. "So I'm supposed to taunt someone and then surprise attack them...I guess I could do that. Weird though..." he sighed as he placed his hands on his waist.
As he was pondering what kind of taunt he should use, Yuri began thinking about his own father. His father was not a pompous and egotistical man, but merely confident in his ability to get himself out of sticky situations. His father performed similar taunts to his oppoents, more subtle than these for sure. As he decided on his pose, Yuri took a deep breath. Tension filled his muscles as sweat poured down his brow, preparing himself for the ultimate technique. "I'M YURI SHIMIZU ALRIGHT!!!!" he exclaimed as loudly as possible, bringing his hand out and making the peace sign. "AND I ADVOCATE LOVE AND PEEEEAAAACEEEE!" he cried out, laughing nervously as he kept his arm extended in front of him and performing his taunt. 23/25

He was anxious to learn the next stage, however, he was also wary. He didn't know what kind of stress his body will have to endure due to this new style of fighting. Finally approaching his sensei, who had been there just as he said he would, Yuri bowed down to him and smiled. "Sensei, I am now ready to begin the next stage. Please train me once more," Yuri stated, ready to get started as soon as possible. "By the way, I read in a book about summoned beasts...do you know anything about them?" Yuri asked his sensei, wondering if he knew anything about them. Yuri had read that a ninja who had made a contract with a beast could summon that beast to aid them. 25/25

He wondere just how these birds were summoned, and in fact he wanted to be able to summon something as well. "So if you can summon birds? Are there any other animals that can be summoned? If so..." Yuri paused as he took in the technique known as Hadouken. From his interpretation, he was going to have to put in more focus and more chakra into the attack. "Do you think you can take me to attain a summoning? I kinda want to be able to do that," he finished as he took a deep breath, relaxing his muscles as he gatehred his chakra at his core. 1/4
Yuri brought his arms to his side, compressing the chakra he had gathered and bringing it forth in his palms. The chakra was intensifying, much bigger than the gadouken technique he had learned just the week before. He could feel the strain on his arms that the technique was putting. If he didn't maintain the focus, the chakra could very well explode in his arms. Sweat poured down his brow as he brought his palms outward. "HADOUKEN!" Yuri exclaimed as the chakra was unleashed forward. The blast wasn't that big, not as big as his sensei. Not only that, halfway to the trees...the blast dissipated. Sighing, Yuri placed his arms on his knees...panting. The palms on his hands were slightly singed from the control of chakra he had to endure. 2/4 22/25

" she explained before turning to leave. She really wanted to get this done and over with. For now she would meet him at the gates, eager to start this mission.

Medical ◊ Genin ◊ Natural Healer XXX"Well...that sucks..." Yuri sighed as he was now left to fend for himself. Oh well...ever since his father left Yuri was in fact always alone. "Alright, it seems that I need to just put in some more chakra. My focus needs more focus," he said to himself as he took a deep breath, wiping his sweat off his brow. "Focus, gather my chakra, channel it in the palms of my hands and unleash the energy in one full blast," he finished as he took his stance.
Yuri had his left foot out, his right foot behind him as he brought his palms back and hovered them above his right knee. "HERE WE GO!" Yuri cried out as his entire body let seeping out a blue tinged aura. Chakra began forming into a ball within the palms of his hands as a pitch noise echoed throughout the field. "HADOUKEN!" he cried out as he brought his palm forward, launching the ball of pure chakra outward. The attack flew ten feet and slammed against the tree, causing a small dent against it. The palms of his hand were smoking, singed from the power of the pure chakra. 19/25
