Natsu followed Pander out of the room. Pander spotted Yume while tossing his fur cloak around his sister's shoulders. She was nearly hidden in the folds of cloth and fur. Pander led her down the stairs, passing Yume's mother as she spoke with some other servant girl. Yume's mother didn't notice them.

Pander slipped out the front door and led his sister to the shaft in the ground. The lines were sitting ready, the harnesses set out nicely. He slipped one around his sister then the other around himself. He looked back at the house, waiting to see if Yume followed or not.

Yea. Hey Matsuo. My sister is taking over my place. Look in on her from time to time for me. Make sure she's ok.

Pander took Yume in his arms and shortened the rope that held him. He instructed Natsu to do the same, which she did. Pander took one last look back and smiled at Matsuo before allowing himself to fall backwards, off the edge of the shaft.

Natsu realized what he had done so did likewise. Both stopped a few small feet from the ground. Yume was still tightly grasped in Pander's arms and Natsu was laughed with joy. Pander set Yume down while he and his sister unharnessed themselves from the ropes.

That was great. What did you think Yume?

Natsu stuck her head around the door, smiling. Her face was scrunched up as she waved.

Sorry if I scared you. Pander says he's going to make lunch. He wanted to know if there was anything you wanted.

She looked at Yume with eagerness. Natsu had learned to cook while in the village and was ready to test her skills.

Yume and Pander were standing by the stove. Both had skillets and were making large omletts. They flipped the pans, the omletts flying high into the air, landing on plates that sat waiting on the table a few paces behind them. They both laughed, cracking open more eggs to make another two omletts.

Morning Yume!

Morning! Well... noon tide.

Natsu...

What!?

Nevermind. Yume, brunch will be ready in a few minutes so you can have a seat at the table if you wish.

Yume! Heads up!

The omlett Pander flipped landed on the only empty plate left on the table. He smiled, placing his pan in the sink. Natsu did the same then sat down at one seat. She was bouncing with anticipation.

Lets eat already!!

Keila nodded and sat there, stupidly.
Now how in the heck is someone supposed to meditate?
"And.. uh.. yay? Friendship?" she giggled for a moment. "So.. meditation... I've no idea where you're pulling this all from, but I really don't know how you're supposed to meditate..."

Yume stood up out of her seat. She was about 1/3 done with her omelette when Pander fell out of his chair. She rushed around the table corner, helping him up. Are you alright? She watched him nod his head and she sighed in relief. Pander, I'm going to take you to my bed, since it's the closest, and I want you to please stop leaning back on the chairs... She put his arm around her shoulders, leaning him against her. She set him down on her bed, chest down and took off his jacket. She lifted the back of his shirt. There was a bruise forming on his tanned skin already. She shook her head. This is why we tell little children not to lean back on their chairs in class because they fall. She tsk-tsk-ed and called Natsu in. Natsu, please make sure your brother doesn't fall off the bed like he did off his chair. I'll go do the dishes. She went outside, casting a worried glance at Pander. Natsu sat in the chair, poking her brother in the ribs and giggling when he twitched.
