Leo woke up slightly and crawled slowly onto Kevin's lap his eyes groggy and drugged as he lie down, to tired to move any further, but seeking the comfort of someone.

Randal nodded, bruises were okay, he could handle bruises, although he hated the idea of Kevin being hurt at all. "I need to get this place protected again." he said, trying to get up the urge to stand, it was important that they all be protected and he was worried that their home would be attacked.

Kevin pulled Leo closed, knowing his need for comfort, though he was surprised, becuase Leo normally chose Randy over anyone else. He looked at Randy. "Shouldn't you rest for a bit love?" He questioned, not sure if vampires where drained by magic

Leo trembled, his head feeling like it was breaking open, the information of well over 900 years spillling into a mind of only 7.

Randal sighed and moved closer to Kevin, resting his head on Kevins shoulder tiredly. "I really should though." he said weakly and stroked Leos head gently as he trembled.

Kevin sighed, and noddee. "If you need to, alright." He said softly, rubbing Leo's back. "He's not feeling well..."

Randal nodded and stood, the small amount of encouragement what he needed to get off his feet. "It is the first rush of memories that are the worst, so I hear." he said and moved, weaveing slightly, he would need blood soon, but that could wait, his students needed to be protected. Randal walked over to a cabinate and opened it, grabbing a small stone from inside. He sat down heavily beside Kevin once again and held the stone in his palm, slowly he muttered the spell under his breath.

Kevin sat up slightly. He tried not to inturrupt Randal as he got down to business. He distracted himself from asking questions by examining Leo. the bruises on his face had fullblossomed into a large dark mark.

Randal continued to speak the words of the spell and suddenly gasped, dragging in a breath as the final words were spoken and the energy that he exchanged for the protections was dragged from his body,he slumped onto his side. He was stisfied with the change for now, his charges would be safe for the moment unless someone of equal knowledge came around within the next few hours. "Gonna sleep." he said, his words slurred.

Leo could sense the shift in the protections, though he didn't realize it, sighing he relaxed and curled up against Kevin

Kevin couldn't help but smile, iat Randal's words. He nodded hihead and moved so the he could wrap the blanket around Randal as well. Sighing he sat and waited for the two to wake up, seeing as they were both lying on him.

Randals body shut down completly, he seemed far more "dead" than normal, his body more drained than it had been since he first started playing with magic. As he slept more bruises appeared, covering his shoulder and down his back until they were hidden by the bandages.

Kevin saw the bruises appear and reached out for the cream he had sprad on Leo's bruises. He gently start to message it into Randy's back. He didn't like Randy being hurt, but he couldn't heal him as easily as Randy could heal Kevin.
