Its true, I get sloppy. XD Jans would know well enough my concerns about Rivven vs MD. >.>

I like the way the dragons on that game appear not to suck. 'Bout time they were done justice on a game.

Edit: O RLY?

I would have been worrying a long time if I cared that much about winning the fight. Though by this point you should be starting to see exactly how far Rivven's being pushed. I don't know how I could tell what sort of state Mindblaze is in. XP
About the two reasons I can keep up though are A) I've had him forever and think about this stuff when bored enough (ADHD, mild though, so I'm bored quite often) that I've gotten base ideas together, and B) physics class last year. Knowing that pure water does not conduct electricity, the non-compactability, ect, really helps with this sort of thing.

It wasn't conductivity I was looking for, it was an energy type that wasn't heat or cold based, seeing as Mindblaze has seen that gets him nowhere. A firey explosion would have been useless and a cold based explosion (somehow) would be counterproductive. Though really he was just self-destructing the sphere so as to not ring out based on jello's strict view of teh Ring-out. >.> My problem with Mindblaze is just whats been said, he has too many abilities too keep anything straight. Both the character and the player now have like 15 major PCs worth of major abilities to track and the character has like 5500 base humans to work off of to back it up.

Seriously. Haven't Viper and Deity been fighting for like 6 months already?

:ang'r:

[edit] Also. Viper and Trei. Trei hasn't even started his fight yet and the round is just about over, becuase you two have been in there for months.

I've offered many times to let him waive time-continuuity-whatever for the rest of the fight so he can get on with Shagrath. He wants to finish it before starting and apparently Shaggy doesn't mind.
*Points* 'Tis true. Seeing as my fight w/ Jans has had a great deal of impact on me charrie's evolution/storyline, I'm trying to finish it up so I can fight Shaggy in the best form I can.

How many of those 5500 is he down to now? XD

I just do what comes to mind, I've put off posts because I feel like s**t, but never because I'm out of ideas. Concussion is good though, electricity is the general thought of how to deal with water (so I had to be ready to deal with it) and heat or cold can work, though they're not very cost-effective in use on water. Rivven just happens to be able to drop the temp dramatically or raise it a little for a few abilities of his, so that was kind of luck. At this point though, you're seeing Rivven's weakness. He's got a really strong body, and instead of the massive number of peices to wear through mindblaze has, he's just got the Ahj'Kratuel which is pretty much a never dying battery. Problem is, draw too deep and he starts harming himself, and he is going to wear out eventually.
What you mentioned with the abilities is more or less why I tend to stick to one or two broad range abilities per chara, being abilities not 'moves'. So being as I have a single ability that can be played around with, within mentally set limits, I usually have fewer skills than other players to remember, but I can adapt with them, which is something I enjoy greatly.
Main problem is that people just don't respect the capability of an 'ability' to do things the way they do a move from a move list. No reason why, they just assume it's not worth that much attention unless it has its own anime style name or something.

And I mean to post for you soon... I'm just caught up just now between Advance Wars and college application stuff.

I love pissing off my friends at that game. They get so emotional when they lose. Granted, they've been there months ahead of me, so it must suck a** to be beaten in one hit repeadietely, but.. still. domokun

And I love how my fight's progressed thus far. I.E.: not.. at.. ********.. all. XD Basically, I've not wounded my opponent yet. Or so much as struck; I'm using the situation as a catelyst for future-uses of 'attacks' my character's building up. But, starting to wonder just how the Hell I'm to approach a guy that can change the entire atmosphere of the arena in five, ten seconds tops - and has electronic barriers that've dispelled but all that's come at them..

Neh. I'll play the "wait and see" deal for a while longer, provided I don't get boned in the process.

And oi' Vahn, what game's that? XD

@IC

=P Yeah, the whole saying its impossible is more mood setting than doubt setting. As to how he he can copy it, that's Cole's thing is all. He's an otherwise normal human being but with a brain like an empty storage facility and a massive exponential learning curve. His version of your Caida is certainly different, the nerves are more spiritual and less biological and his processing power is dependant on his mental capacity (which you're forcing to expand btw, lucky dog), but the end results are the same.

That doesn't quite explain how you're supposedly tangling up "threads" that are only hypothetically there and don't actually exist in any real way.

And having a vast learning curve still doesn't explain to me how he's replicating what he doesn't know exists.(I know I can be dense sometimes, but hey at least I'm, apparently, a lucky dog.)

Speaking of lucky, you've unknowingly taken advantage of two of Legacy's weaknesses in this fight. lol
