"WHat the F*&^!" He jumped getting startled. Upon seeing her fall he short forward kneeled down infront of her and put her head in his lap. "Hey, whats up! Echo whats wrong."

"It.. fire.." She tried to say, but her mouth wasn't working right. "Hurts.." Echo started to tremble, her eyes watered, and she looked into Jax's eyes, trying to make him understand. "I'm.. . okay.. don't.. fine.." Even when she was in such pain, she found it easier to lie, than chance him thinking something was majorly wrong with her, and worrying. "Don't.. worry.." She choked.

"Yeah right." He ran back to the market and found some partially frozen ice. He brought it back. "Fire where?"

"Don't.. worry... me.. fine.." She wheezed. Her breathing was becoming more ragged, but it felt like the pain was passing, sluggishly. Gritting her teeth, more tears ran down her cheeks, "In.. ribs.." Moving her arms from her stomach, a small bullet hole was visible through her sweatshirt, trace of light blue around the wound. "It.. will.. go away.." She breathed, trying to sit up.

He took off he shirts to get a better look at the hole, "Either you were shot with one of those uv bullets that didnt explode on impact or its something else." He put a lot of ice around the hole. Hoping for it to go numb.

Echo took a deep, shuddering breath. "Thanks.. Jax." She whispered. "I.. don't know.. what it was.. but it.. hurts.." She said, looking down at her abdomen. "Ultra-Violet.." She cursed under her breath, "At least.. it didn't explode in me.."

"Well you can either suffer or I can get it out, you choose." His right hand's fingers changed into lycan. His fingernails became razor sharp.

Echo looked nervously at Jax. "Go ahead.." She mumbled, and looked intently anywhere other than her lower body. "Just.. get it out.. don't worry about it.. hurting or anything.."

"Close your eyes." Not waiting for her, he dug one finger into the bullet hole careful not to push the bullet down farther into her. After a second he found the bullet. Sticking another finger inside he gripped the bullet and pulled it out quickly.

Echo relaxed her jaw, and looked at Jax. "I didn't feel that.." She shivered, as the wind blew, and felt at last, the rest of the pain flee her body. "Thankyou, so much Jax." She said, sitting up gingerly and hugging him. "Where would I be without you?"

"Probably withering on the ground in pain." He thought for a moment. "Want to keep it." He held the bullet in his fingers, the light had partially faded.

"Yeah, that or dead already." She agreed. "No, you can shove it in a wood chipper for all I care." Casting the bullet a dark look, she looked on the building roofs around where she was laying with Jax, wondering where the bullet had come from.

"Hmmm, it would make for a handy little flashlight thingy." He put it into his pocket. Smiling, he saw Echo looking at the buildings. "Whats wrong?"

Amber was walking around the city with her hands behind her head walking down the sidewalk confidently. She was fallowed by a silver haired vampire that was her companion. She was walking when she heard some voices and decided to go investigate being the curious person she was.

She sighed, hoping that the two were doing something (offensible) so she could hunt them down. Hunting was a passtime for her, it was fun and required skill, that's what made it "fun" to her, if you would think of it in that way. She slowly turned around and headed back to HQ. Deciding that she'd need to get a room and settle in.
Aiden followed behind her, still as silent as ever. He was pretty much her shadow and spoke only to her, except on rare occasions when he thought someone's question was worth answering. Before he followed after her he took one glance back to make sure everything was alright, it was. He then turned to follow Amber back to their new HQ.
