"Hello Lavi," Star said with a small nod before turning to adress the other girl's question, "It would depend on what you mean by 'without permission'," She stated, brushing a few snow colored strands out of her eyes.

"Nice to meet you, Star," Kiah smiled politely at the woman, flipping through a few papers while she talked. "My name is Kiah. I'm Komui's... assistant, I suppose you could say." She shrugged a bit before asking more about Star. "I heard that you transferred here from the Asian Branch. Was there any particular reason for that?"

"Not quite like that," he answered, keeping the smile on his face to disguise his discomfort on the subject. In all honesty, he'd been trying to find the Order since Kiah had disappeared one day, knowing from all of their secret converstions that it was the place she'd gone. "I suppose you could say I went looking for them. Although the people who found me were less than accommodating... They threw me in a carriage and made sure I wouldn't try to escape..." He thought back to his little run in with a few members of CROW who he'd had the misfortune of meeting. "So you have Innocence also?"

"Well, that's what I think, but I'm not medically certified to make these decisions," she couldn't help but pout a bit, wishing she could go back to her room now that she was walking around. Not that she should be walking, but... "I think he'll be more of a pain than anything. I bet you right now, the second he hears about mission reports, he be crawling to me to fill them out for him..." She looked at Kyle for a second before turning back to Lavi. "Oh, he's an Exorcist now... Stupid kid... "

"That I do~" she answered in a sing-song voice, not even pausing for a second as she activated Kusari and with a loud rattle moved her to hover protectively around her shoulders, "It's pretty much the only perk to this job, honestly." She gave him another brief once-over, "Well, that and the fact that the Order seems to attract the most interesting of people." She leaned forward, leaning her head on her hands with her elbows tucked together on her knees, the amused smile slowly creeping back on her face.

She glanced up as the new girl answered her question as well, realizing that she had asked it pretty loudly and without any clear indication of whom it was directed at. She cocked her head to side as she replied, "Well, I call 'without permission' some weird higher power - I believe the Church likes to call it 'God' - suddenly deciding that I'm the perfect little pawn to use in some weird old contest he started centuries ago with some fat dude I'm not even sure really exists, without asking me for my opinion on, say, something as frivolous as my life. That's what I call, without permission."

Kinda wanna bring Mizaka back in here, but the others are kinda in the middle of a conversation >_>; ))

"Ahhh, it doesn't hurt to have a weapon like that, I'm sure," he stated, watching the chain's life-like movements with awe. "Unfortunately, mine isn't in a stable form yet... but it'll be amazing once I've got it." He looked over at Kiah, and knew as soon as she rolled her eyes at him that she knew exactly what weapon he was having them craft it into. "That it does..." he let a smile slowly curl on his face while he looked at her.

When Star started addressing Michiyo, Kyle finally looked over at the other girl, looking at her up and down and wiggling his eyebrows a bit. "Hello there.~ How are you doing tonight, lovely?" he asked, waiting for someone to say her name, as he'd missed it while talking to Michiyo.

"Well, I'm sure it'll be good to have you around. I'd stay away from that idiot over there, though..." she pointed in the direction of Kyle, trying to warn the white-haired girl away from her dimwitted friend. When he turned to look at her, she mouthed something in his direction after rolling her eyes, smirking after he started glaring at her. "You'll probably get more excitement than you can handle here..."

"Unfortunately, Sil seems to be with her on this one. She seems to think this was her fault... Which it's not!" She finished quickly, glaring at Lavi in case he wanted to fight her on it as Sil had. "Hey, if you beat him up a little when he starts getting annoying, I'll fill out a few, no questions asked," she grinned teasingly, knowing that he was joking. She listened to him explain the Earl, having never seen him herself, as she was probably never going to.
