(I need to get off for the night)
He put an arm around her and squeezed her gently. "Well I'm nice to people who are nice. Besides its alright you have no reason to be sorry."

Lydia_Aidly "I can...try." she said, frowning slightly. "When I pick up stray thoughts, it is almost like a....radio? I believe that is the term. Unlike a radio, I cannot determine what I am recieving though." She fell silent for a moment, and then shook her head. "I am only getting white noise. If you want me to hear her, it will have to be direct contact or not at all right now."
She felt the pyschic again, feeling a drive behind the thoughts of this person. She was not likeing at all what she was getting. The frown on her face deepened. Will sighed in mild frustration. Well, it had been worth a try even though he hadn't thought that it would work in the first place anyway. He'd known enough psychics, Sethe especially, that he had a pretty good idea about their general capabilities by now. He'd known that it'd be a longshot to hope that Lydia might be that powerful, more powerful than any other psychic that he'd ever met. But he'd still had hope that it could have worked. "Alright, thank you Lydia."

"You are welcome." she said absently, still getting thoughts from that other psychic. One thought came through particularly strong, the image of the tattoo on her arm. She looked at it, looked at both William and Bridget, and then back at her arm.
"They know what it means..." She didn't even realize that she had spoken that thought aloud. She undid her seat belt and opened the door, jumping out of the car while it was still moving. She ran off without any real direction in mind, only wanting to lure off whoever it was that knew what her tattoo meant.

"Who knows what what means Lydi- s**t!!!"
Will brought the car to a screeching halt as Lydia ran off. What the hell?! Why'd she jump out of the bloody car?
It was then that he recalled what she'd said about another psychic in the area, and the fact that she'd seemed to be concentrating. Over the years of knowing Sethe, Will had come to recognize the signs of a psychic fending off a mental probe. Obviously someone had been trying to get into Lydia's mind, somebody who knew something about her. And now she was running off, probably to lure whoever it was away.
In frustration, Will hit the steering wheel while swearing. "Damnation and bloody Hell! LYDIA, WAIT UP!!!"
Making sure that his mask was firmly in place before leaping out of the car as well, Will raced off after Lydia. He wasn't going to leave her out here alone unless he made damn sure that she was prepared to handle herself.

This was just great....what a cluster@$%&. First Lydia takes off on some wild reason, then William right behind her...... What about the mission? We were suppose to be out here trying to find Kerrigan before she killed or was killed. Bridget briefly thought about carrying on with the mission but she didn't know Kerriga's old haunts and safe places. With "what a Snafu" she left the SUV and locked the doors down before following William and Lydia.

Will swore to himself as he ran. They didn't have time for this, they needed to find Kerrigan! But how could he leave one Hunter behind while looking for another?! At least it seemed that Bridget had his back, although she was probably pissed off at him yet again for this snafu. Racing after the young psychic, Will shouted out at her, hoping not to draw too much attention. "LYDIA! STOP!!!"
Not sure if his voice would be enough to halt her flight long enough to talk with them, he concentrated his thoughts and "projected" them to her, knowing that she'd pick them up if he made them "loud" enough. ~LYDIA! Stop now! I can't leave you alone out here without a good reason to do so! Stop and tell me what's going on!~

Armed with some syringes filled with the pale blue liquid, she stepped out onto the street.. Her sneakers making soft noises against the pavement as she walked. She had dressed in faded grey trousers today, Kinikki's fleecy sports-like jacket over the top. Seeing what she was looking for, she jogged towatds the mortal who was writhing around on the ground.. Uncovering the womans arm, she quickly injected the antivirus into the veins collected there.

Having woken not finding her again, he'd immediately headed out, wandering the streets looking for her. Sniffing the air, he followed his nose down the streets... Wondering if he was actually safe to be out with this virus around.. But he trusted Xan's vaccine. She wouldn't have come back, otherwise...
Turning the corner of 34th, he smiled slightly as his eyes settled on her.. He knew she'd be helping people.

Helping the woman up, she blushed at the praises she received.. The black gloves on her hands hid her nervousness. She always felt she had something to prove.. Watching the woman run off, she trusted her not to blab around about her cure.. Turning to head back home, she walked straight into him.

Kissing his finger gently, she smiled. "I'm ready to come home, I just wanted to test it on a mortal." She smiled, turning as there was a commotion.. Dozens of people, all sick, running towards them.. Fronted by the woman she had helped.
