Do you mean, did Bigby really try to eat those pigs? Yes, he did. He did a lot of things in his past that he's not proud of. He had anger issues stemming from his childhood and his father, the North Wind.

He hasn't been around much lately but the issue is actually on my end. I've almost...er... let something slip a few times. I feel like I want to tell him something important but I don't want it to end badly.
