TweedleKeys iBarty TweedleKeys Anyone picked up Okami for the Wii yet? How is it? It's tempting though I have the PS2 version and a huge video game backlog. This is a game I wants. The PS2 version I've heard is really good, though I don't know. And from what I heard about the Wii version, it's the same thing but the controls are better for it? I still don't have a Wii but at this rate, I'm going to start buying games for it anyway. It is really good. One of the elements of it is the 'Celestial Brush' which you use to paint stuff. Sometimes you redraw broken things and sometimes you slash with it and sometimes it does something more like magic. I assume that such calligraphy would be easier with the Wii than the PS2's analog stick, though for the most part it's pretty simple. If you like the Zelda series, you'll like it. Playing it you can see where it gets a lot of things from Ocarina of Time, but it doesn't feel like just a copy either. Of course, we played it before Twilight Princess came out. Playing Twilight Princess felt derivative of Okami, though I'm sure it was just two groups having similar ideas. Also, I love the entire look and style. I wonder how that came out in the port... better, worse, different? I've never really played many Zelda games actually.. Never played any from the N64.

Skizzors Ashram McDuck Kinetic Dream Ashram McDuck John Freeman who is Gordon Freeman's brother was one day an office typing on a computer. He got emails from his brother saying that ALIENS and MONSTERS were attacking his place and axed him for help so he went. John Freeman got his computer shut down and wet on the platform to go up to the roof of the building where he left his motorcycle and normal people close because he was in his office lab coat. John Freeman got on his motorcycl and said "its time for me to live up to my family name and face full life consequences" so he had to go. John Freeman ramped off the building and did a backflip and landed. He kept driving down the road and made sure there was no zombies around because he ddint have weapon. I believe you mean "wepon".. Nope, that comes later. "John Freeman looked on the ground and found wepon. So he picked it up and fired at zombie goasts in front of a house."

hilaroma Liam's NPC quest is up. Just go to Crate & Apparel to start it. 3nodding Oh man, I hope there's some sort of comic showing him trying all of these suggestions at once. Edit: So disappointed in pictorial evidence...

Edit: So disappointed in pictorial evidence... I thought it was funny... emo The final pic was amusing enough but I really wanted a comic where we saw him go out and try all those things at once, along with perhaps some other things if we had gone to ask Devin and maybe even some girls. I was hoping for a hilarious live serenade of fish-chomping poetry in a funny outfit. (Or I suppose alternatively, just the monocle if he took it too literally.)

.....wtf? How does that mind reader thing on the DVD work, seriously?! I've done it so many times..picking many different numbers and it has guessed every single thing right. I just..don't get it being you don't have to click on anything to show which character goes with the number. sweatdrop

It's still neat as hell the first time you run across it. 3nodding

Since I just figured it out, if you copy the URL to the "With light coming out of his mouth" video and toss it into http://vixy.net/, you can have it convert the video to an audio only MP3! 4laugh heart
Doing a test run as I type to compare with the FLV audio ripper program I found the other day. The on computer ripper was fast and easy, but if you don't want to fool with it, (AH! Just now finished the download from Vixy) the quality from the web site is EXACTLY the same (which is a good thing, just so you know wink )
Now I can listen to it on the go! twisted
