Soul: *pouts* That's how it started but not why I'm making so many things for that jutsu. It's just that there are few additional skills that stem from this one so I figured I would make up somepin. *fumbles fingers* You're correct. Anyone within the barrier is unaffected by it unless they leave it. It may seem like a mistake to do that but I'm making another skill that goes with this and don't want to overkill. 3nodding

Lord of the North – Wind God
Summons the “Phantom Soldiers of the Northern Winds,” these masked giants (12’Ft.) were once part of the most deadly army to ever ravage the northern realms. Only one man ever called upon these gruesome fighters to do battle for him, this man of course was killed by the current commander of the phantom battalion. Though they only are ten in number they are powerful enough to do away with whole armies, for they only exist in the minds the opponents themselves, it is their thoughts, their minds that make these soldiers real. These ten wraiths are part of a powerful genjutsu that not only affects the mind, but the whole body of the afflicted. Singularly none of the ten can be destroyed, jutsu and physical attacks disrupting their forms, but doing no physical damage, the only way to do away with the soldiers is to disrupt all of their forms at once, so long as one remains the others will return to their previous forms. Most just disregard these phantasmal ghosts, that is, until they taste the chilling bite of their weapons. They are incapable of harming the opponent in reality, but they deceive the opponents mind making them believe that any wound incurred actually happened, they will feel the pain or the lack of limbs, but in reality nothing will have happened, but if the opponent should happen to suffer a fatal blow from the phantom soldiers blades their minds will truly die killing them not just in their minds, but in their real body as well.
Lord of the East – Plains God
The former lord of the east was known as an unparalleled blade master being able to wield 50 blades at once, most never survived to tell how this feat was accomplished, but the current wielder of this skill knows quite well. The Lord could wield each of the blades without even using his hands, using a combination of pure chakra and electromagnetic chakra the blades would float and swarm at his command. The other mystery was as to where all the blades come from, for it seemed that he never carried more then one, but the current user knows this also, the trick was hidden in the fact that by using a special knife he carried made of polished bronze he could open up a small dimensional tear where the multitude of blades were kept hidden in that small pocket dimension. Now the current user isn’t quite as skilled at this form of blade wielding and can only work with ten blades at once and if the bronze blade is taken or damaged the jutsu would become ineffective. To ensure that none of the blades are to be stolen while the user has them floating in the air, the hilts are wrapped in special seal paper, to anyone who doesn’t have the matching seal paper the hilts of the blades are all incorporeal.
Lord of the South - Sea God
In the Southern realm, there was an overlord who could not be assassinated, though it was attempted many times, the lord would always escape with numerous wounds. Eventually the man who defeated this lord would come to find out the Merman's Barrier had kept him alive as long as it had. The Merman's Barrier was an almost nonexistent barrier of water around the lord's body. Of course this was no normal water, retrieved from a temple on a mountain stretching all the way to the heavens. This water possessed no impurities and thus wouldn't conduct electrical currents, but in contrast it proved completely useless in stopping water based attacks. Besides the elemental effects the real secret is when it comes up against an attack, like a sword or focused jutsu. Instead of dealing focused damage to a single area, like a hole or a decapitation any attacks are spread out across the body, the merman's barrier carrying and flowing the damage away from the original epicenter. Instead of receiving one large wound heavily bleeding the body receives several smaller wounds of a non serious nature.

metal mist Hell Will Freeze: With You- a ninjutsu that chills chakra in the opponent causing them to become numb. if enough chakra is put into the technique it can be used to kill or destroy an organ. Chilled to the Bone- a technique that has 2 purposes, the first is a good sense of balance that is used to keep Axel up on ice. the second is the ability to stop the need for most handseals. Ice Hockey: Welcome to My Rink- A ninjutsu that summons an ice rink-stadium, it is completely enclosed and has twenty rows of seats, the rink is surrounded by an unbreakable plexy-glass. above is a net that gives a shock if touched and drains a bit of chakra for each second its touched. there are what appear to be dummies with masks and wigs on them sitting in the crowd, they also appear to be making loud noises, and cheers. an anouncer will sometimes begin to talk. so these dont get ignored.

Reina had often seen people puppeting dead bodies as if it were natural. She longed to also use living and nonliving subjects to puppet. If eye contact is made three times or hand contact to a body after performing a number of hand signs is made then the following happens:
On A Dead Body: The body will lift off of the ground for a moment then stand upright on its own. The body will have a seal on its forehead which links its chakra to Reina. Meaning they share chakra. the body can perform any of their jutsu as well as Reina, minus clan moves. Reina is also capable and incapable of the same things. The two can use their own clan moves freely but just cannot share them. These creatures can be destroyed but it may take some doing to kill a soulless dead body.
On A Living Being: Reina gains control of the person and they are under her control for however long she wishes. However, people have a will to keep control of their mind (After three posts by Reina generate a random number from one to ten. One, five, or ten frees a ninja.). Reina can freely puppet the ninja and can make them do whatever she wishes. Similar to the Yamanako clan she cannot make the ninja kill them self under her control. Being a magician she has an obligation to her assistant. She will protect them and allow little harm to come to them.
With the seal on the user Reina can puppet the person without strings or any form of contact after the seal is placed upon the ninja.
1000 on a dead/soulless body........ 1500 for a living person......... genjutsu
Reina Huiden
Advanced Magic World
This jutsu is an advanced version of Magic World. After having training longer and harder the jutsu is now longer lasting and changes the real landscape but has a few more limitations.
Reina can make eye contact or perform a number of hand signs to summon this jutsu (must also generate a random number that is even). Once in the Magic World Reina may have limited time or she may not (Three posts after opponents first post in the world user generates a random number. Five or nine lets one out. One or ten makes Reina's genjutsu attacks in the world more effective. Two or eight makes Reina's genjutsu moves less affected and unable to be used for one full post. ) Whatever happens in the world manifests in real life before the terrain has actually changed rather than ninja being transported elsehwere. Like in Magic World, in Adv. Magic World Reina controls everything. She controls the terrain, the weather, the plant life, the animals, everything but the atmosphere, the location of the planet, and the planet in which they're on. All those who weren't in the near area when the jutsu was performed cannot enter the Magic World at this point. To outsiders it seems as though both ninja have vanished though they are actually there.

Bomb Expertise: This is more of a Passive jutsu. The user has the brains to make some deadly bombs. Able to set them off with his Chakra source. These bombs are custom made by the user. He is able to hide them anywhere on his body, Making him like a Human Bomb. Although the bombs are only set off by his chakra source.

I have over 30K chakra so I should get two of these:
Tornado of Water: User funnels an existing body of water into a vortex to trap the opponent and disorient them while the user can flee/use projectiles/etc. (This is already listed on my profile from a long time ago but I figured I should raise the flag that it needs the designation like everyone else that it is a made up technique)
Hire no Jimen (Earth Fin): The user focuses earth and water chakra to create a large spiny fish-like dorsal fin out of the earth itself. The fin flies along the ground, like a fish through water, cutting the opponent with its rocky spines or destroying trees/boulders/obstacles in its path.

Shinenju Clone:
This is a clone jutsu that creates a clone that can use any weapons or jutsu that the original has. However, that is not its main purpose. The main purpose of the clone is to capture memories. It battle, watches and captures the memories of the ninja that lost to be used in Ichazuki ninjutsu and genjutsu.

Mizu: Tornado of Water You know, there’s a technique like this in Hidden Rain I believe. There’s no description for it right now and I keep forgetting what it does – it is similar though. I’ll look it up and show you though the Made Up is approved. Hire no Jimen (Earth Fin) Approved.

Skeletal Body Downgrade: This is a passive and permanent technique that permanently changes the body. The body will lose its skeleton yet not completely its shape. In its loss of a skeleton its organs will disappear, kinda. The only thing resembling an organ will be a blob in the middle of the body. The body will maintain an outer, rubbery epidermis and will get nutrients by absorbing them through this epidermis. The loss of bones will greatly weaken taijutsu ability. However, in its loss, They will gain the ability to stretch their limbs great distances, flatten the body to the extent to fit through small crevices among other things. Another plus is in cranial ability. The mind ability is increased to a point that it becomes mentally as flexible as the body is physically, increasing intelligence and problem solving ability.

Suoh: Took me a while: Mizu no Tatsumaki or Tornado of Water is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. I believe it's a skill in Hidden Rain and belongs to no clan. You can ask for the Made Up if you want to but it would b sort of a wasted slot. sweatdrop
Val: I don't know about that one. I'm thinking no so I'll let another mod give their opinion on that skill.

Personally, I think that's a fine made-up, Valk, you'll be the third in the guild to go for the ultra-flexible body type. (I was the first, Android Kuroi was the second, and then you, if you get it.)
Seems that there's new blood coming into the made-up section, no bones about it. Ouch, that was bad.
