Netsubo had disappeared so quickly that Tobias and Mephistophiles hadn't noticed right away. "I like the titanium reinforcement you're giving the bones," Mephisto commented, leaning closer.
Tobias looked up suddenly. "There was a girl with you. Did she fall out the window?"
The two of them dashed to the window, frantically scanning the ground for signs of Netsubo's mangled body.They both breathed a sigh of relief when they did not see her. "Where could she have gone?" Mephisto wondered.

*netsubo tried to get a thought through to mephisto*hey! if you can hear me, some wacko kidnapped me! he thinks that we ment to hurt faust! i dont know where i am, its like another demention or something!

"Wait... I'm picking something up," Mephistophiles said. "It's like a radio underwater, though...really tough to make out..."
"Hm," Tobias said. "Odd... maybe she just went to the bathroom?"
"You Americans... don't you have a more discreet word for it?"
"Whatev," Tobias shrugged. "I really don't want this composite to set too soon, so I'm gonna keep working, all right?"
((Mephisto: wow! Was he good? I mean, BAD, lol? I was up late watching House MD. I keep telling Faust that he's got to assert himself more.))

*netsubo thought again as loud as she could*MEPHISTO! HELP! I WAS KIDNAPPED!
(yea! he was funny! omg! the kid who's soul he was sold, the kid likes this girl and the devil said she was pretty, and listen, cuz this reminds me of netsubo and you, the kid said, dont even think about it, and the devil said, relax, i dont play in the kiddie pool..that show is kinda like a modern faust mixed with ghost busters...)

Mephistophiles leaned closer. "Is she trying to get through to us, through him?" he asked uncertainly. "Are you sure he said something?"
"Yeah... he addressed you, and said he'd been kidnapped..."

"This is so creepy," Mephistophiles said, shuddering as Faust's mouth said Netsubo's words.
"No it's not. Some of the robots do it. It's called 'Radiism.' They relay messages from other worlds, including..." Tobias swallowed, "the world of the dead."
(meanwhile)
"Hello, Netsubo..." said a voice. It belonged to a tall, pale man who looked exactly the same way he had when he'd died, from the Pirates of the Caribean t-shirt down to the last drop of blood staining his throat. "How did you get here?"
