☽ Emma continued staring at Herald intensely as he ended up asking her to tell him the nickname for him. She thought for a moment "Uh... I have been thinking about it... but the examples the book gave were a bit corny..." she said "Like I am sure you wouldn't want to be called 'darling' or anything overly sugary like that... I know I have called you 'mutt' before but that was more of a 'before we started dating'. So I narrowed it down to 'Hun' and things like that... but even that seems a bit too sugary as well," she said as she continued to think about it. She looked at Herald again "Do you want to be called anything in particular? Or are you fine with just "Herald'?" she asked him curiously. ☾

"Well....fine," he surrendered with a small sigh. "N-needless to say this is between us and no one else knows of this." He paused again. For a moment it looked like he might blush, but then he took a deep breath stoically holding himself back. "I'm glad you liked it." He leaned forward and kissed her before leaning back again. "I also want you to know that you look great when you're only wearing your stockings," he told her teasingly.
