Candace listened to Balder as he gave the group the run down. The fifth year knew the routine so she was more then ready for the team line ups. She smiled at Nani at the mention that they’d be starting on the same team. She couldn’t wait to see what the new recruits got in them. Being told to run her laps, Candace hopped to it. Nearly tripping at the start, she got into the groove of things by the end.

Looking for the toss up Candace let Tegan and Laili go at it. Laili came way with the ball. Following after the group she noticed Laili was doing quite well until Kazu stole the ball from her. It was time for her to get in this. Going after Kazu, she attempted to steal the quaffle from him.

Nani had done her laps and followed the game, though she hadn't yet tried to jump in. When an older kid on the opposite team passed toward Lucien, she jumped into action. Maybe she could intercept away from them?? She was certainly going to try! With that, she dove in, hoping to swipe the ball midair, rather than from hands.
