Mizuki's mom had just died after his birth, so he had been an orphan for almost all of his life. His dad had apparently left his mom when they found out she was pregnant. Mizuki was usually a loner and tried not to rely on others for help. By not having parents for most of his life, Mizuki would usually feel sad and lonely. Deciding to become a shinobi after turning 14, Mizuki traveled to the Hidden Leaf Village to start his quest and fulfill his dream and learn all of the jutsu in the world. He'll also try to achieve this by forming his own organization, choosing those he can truly count on who will not betray or abandon him. But if forming his own team does not work out, he'll decide to join a team or organization and seize power as quickly as possible. Mizuki has also been a loner and is serious, but he believes that he should change that in order to better himself and to achieve his goals. He also believes that learning as many jutsu as possible will allow him to become a God—an unstoppable shinobi who will be known as a reincarnation of the Sage of the Six Paths.

Shingen was born to two Anbu Black Ops ninja that rarely were home so his grandmother raised him. It was there when he realized his love for tigers and skill in close combat. After a few years, his grandmother had gotten wind that Shingen’s parents had died while on a mission and had left him all their money and home. The grandmother informed Shingen of what had happened and he told his grandmother she could have everything but he wanted enough money to get a tiger. The very next week just as he was heading to the academy to begin his journey as a ninja his grandmother gave him a young tiger cub.
During his time at the academy, Shingen developed his love for strategy and strategic attacks that used not only his strength but his tiger as well. Now that he has graduated from the academy Shingen is ready to begin his life as a shinobi and prove to everyone he deserved to carry the Takeda name.

Howdy! All right. Well;
First things first, a gennin cannot start out with ninjutsu other than the given basics. So you need to remove your fire, lightning, and bloodline jutsus from their slots.
Your lightning rod Attribute: Is there a ranking capacity of how much he could absorb? And what happens to the lightning that gets absorbed? Wouldn't he get hurt to a degree? Ranks, ranks ranks~ That would help.

Jace lived a normal and basic life as any normal child would. Well he did at least until he turned 13. It was then when he started to have an interest in tactical positions and advantages. He studied them over and over again until they became a part of his life. At the age of 15 he went to the academy and started his life as a ninja. He started a little later than most people did but he had the skill and knowledge of a ninja master and easily graduated from the academy at the top of his class. Personality: In a few words, Taro is an elitist jerk. All his personality quirks point to this fact. His arrogance is practically unmatched and if his ego took up space, it would be larger than the entire Water Country. Though he has much fallen out of favor, his previous wealth and power has caused him to view himself as a far more important person than any other around him. Though of an above average intelligence--close to being a genius by some standards, even--Taro acts as though he believes everyone will like. However, this delusion does not actually appear in Taro's mind. Rather, he is aware of the fact that some might dislike him, but has always had so much wealth that he can "befriend" almost anyone and get any girl he wants for pure material reasons. For the majority of his life he has been spoiled, and for this reason he feels that everything is fair game for him. Verbally abusing those he deems loyal to him, buying his way out of bad situations, buying anything that catches his fancy, etc. By any sort of standard, he would be viewed as a spoiled rich boy. And that he is.
Or at least, was. Having everything grabbed out from underneath you, especially when you have as much as Taro had, can be a very humbling experience. Now, Taro is aware of the fact that he is technically of the class he previously viewed as useless. Knowing how high-born members of society view people with nothing such as Taro has made him realize that he needs to change his lifestyle. Of course, his previously arrogant personality can never be fully squeezed from out of him, but he has taken to seeing pleasures in much simpler situations. The most prevalent of which being people who can match his power level. Though still a weak fighter, Taro thirsts for someone with as much Chakra ability as he and cherishes every battle with a strong opponent. With his new lifestyle, Taro has also taken to a more individualist view of life, believing that he can pave his own way back up to greatness without assistance.

Water Country: the land from which the Ketsueki clan first emerged. Taro Ketsueki was born to what one could trace back to the first few members of the clan, and the first users of the Saiketsu bloodline. The young man had always been a prodigy of sorts, with above average chakra control since a young age. Yet, despite this, he was no different than any other user of the bloodline in his need to mature before using actual techniques. Rather, he spent all his days in a small estate on the outskirts of Water Country, training in other techniques which utilized his Chakra ability. All the while, his parents and the higher-ups of his clan--residing in the area and of whom his father was among--watched from a distance, seeming uninterested. But the more young Taro was ignored by those around him, the harder he worked. And the harder he worked, the more he became an outcast from the other children residing in the estate, including his younger brother. This pattern continued for half a decade, from the time Taro began fervently training at age five until he reached the age of ten, when he discovered the reason he was ignored.
At age ten, a decrepit user of the Saiketsu bloodline approached Taro. His skin was wrinkled from years of frequently dehydrating himself, which Taro interpreted as a weakness in Chakra. The old man told Taro that the clan's leaders were ignoring him so that he would improve on his own: they knew that grooming him from a young age would only hinder his success. But as he was nearing his teenage years, and use of the bloodline, the clan leaders determined it would be prudent to start training him privately to become a great user of the bloodline. As it would with most any person, this caused Taro's ego to almost immediately inflate to uncontrollable proportions. Of course, this only distanced him more from the other kids his age. Not because he was being trained privately, but because he was annoying to be around. As predicted by the clan's leaders--though they thought it would not occur this late in his life--being treated specially only hindered his progress. His daily lessons consisted of chakra practice, ninjutsu practice, but no real combat training: it was assumed that, in a fight, his control of his bloodline would compensate for his lack of ability in hand-to-hand or weapon fighting.
On his fourteenth birthday, Taro celebrated by beginning his training on his bloodline. He was good, this none could deny, but he was not as good as he could be. Once more, the higher-ups of the clan distanced themselves from him, and Taro watched as even his father seemed to ignore his progress. Frustrated from being ignored again, his training hindered even more. He had enough wealth that he could spoil himself in buying all manner of pointless pleasures. Over the course of but a few years, his training devolved until it was at the same level of his early childhood. And when questioned about this change, Taro met the words of his fellow clan members with terse curses and dismissals. Whether being ignored or being pampered, it seemed to the clan's leaders that Taro would never succeed. Thus, on Taro's seventeenth birthday, the clan members decided to exile him. Shocked, Taro was left with literally no option but to leave the clan and turn to the village of Kirigakure. He kept his name, whether to remember his shame or to be able to use it to be recognized, if only somewhat, it was not certain (though he also took the nickname "Akakon" to distinguish himself more as an individual). And whether he was exiled out of disgust or for the sake of his improvement, one could not determine either...

Personality: Ryota isn't your typical Raigyo clan member. He does not care what clothes he wears, he doesn't mind getting dirty, and he definitely isn't a pompous jerk. He tends to be very reserved and prefers the tranquility of a forest over the constant noise of the town square. Until he gets to know a person, Ryota can seem cold and distant, but once a friendship is established he can be one of the nicest people in the village.

Being of the Raigyo Clan, Ryota's upbringing was the same as all his clansmen; etiquette classes, basic floriculture classes, and academic studies. He was just another member of the uptight Raigyos until he entered the ninja academy.
Coinciding with kids from other clans and cultures made Ryota realize that his clan wasn't the single most important clan in the world, but rather a part of a bigger "melting pot" of clans. He grew to be more modest and less obsessive over his looks and social status. He became one of the Raigyo members to surpass the clan's stereotype.
Having graduated from the academy, Ryota now turns to the Hokage in hopes of becoming a great shinobi and an asset to the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
