A young man with dark skinned entered the chamber and seemed to have a rather calm look on his face. He didn't at all appear to have any ill feelings or to be nervous. However his lack of speech before entering and even as he walked toward the former kage was a bit rude at most. Right away he stopped halfway to the desk and bowed in respect. "Hello, I'm Izuma Matsubara...", he paused for a moment to stand up straight from his respectful bow to continue his rather calm introduction. "I'm here to get my headband and anything else that is needed of me..." he simply put as he seemed both ready and almost not ready for that the headband represented. '
However that was short lived when he quickly added, "I will serve this village to the best of my abilities..." that would be Izuma's double safety net so not to give the people presence the wrong feeling about him. 'Sorry for my rudeness, I forgot to knock before entering..." he said taking another bow to apologize.

[ Entrance ]
Tsunami walks in the Leaf Village as people stare at his Golden Mist Headband. He doesn't like the fact that the Villagers are so interested in foreigners, so he just looks back and asks, "What are you guys starring at?" then, the Villagers turned around and got back to what they were doing. Tsunami then looked away and started blowing bubbles all over the village. Tsunami reached the Hokage's office with his escort, and walks in.
When he walks in, he knows the Hokage is in there. Tsunami opens the door, and like in the Mizukage's Office, he blows a large number of bubbles inside the Office. He then looks directly at the Hokage and shows her the scroll while walking up to her.

The Hokage's office is always open to anyone, we are all equals here. Lemme see.. Izuma Matsubara.." She noticed how respectful he was and smiled softly again, he was a good kid. He'd go far in his life. Her silver eyes directed at yet another Jinchuuriki entering the room, she recognized the aura of the Yonbi right away. She'd battled the former Jinchuuriki. What could a Mist Shinobi want in this village? "Okay Izuma, the actual Hokage is out at the moment doing very important things, I'm only substituting for now. You can train until she comes back to give you a formal assignment" She handed the boy a headband from the drawer and smiled happily, then turned to the other boy who entered the office, the Jinchuuriki Mist shinobi.."Oh." She read over the scroll for a bit, then set it down and signed her name on it with her chakra, there was no markings that indicated she'd signed it, since the signature was invisible. "So my past student is now the Mizukage, rather interesting. So you're here to prove yourself to the Mizukage with a battle?" She looked at the Genin and the Jounin whom accompanied him.  "You Will Always Be In My Heart Qastor"

The Silent Beast of the Furian Clan Chakra 600/600  Torque kept his cigar in his mouth as he talked to Sana with his hands my his sides "Ahh... darn, i was hoping to prove myself worthy of jonin rank, but i suppose i'll have to wait till after the chunin exams now " .
Torque took his cigar out of his mouth and thought a moment
" Sana-sama is there anything i can do to help with the chunin exams? "

Kira walked in as clam, collected, and cold hearted as usual. No expression dominated her face in particular as she approached the Kage Substitute. The office was still slightly busy, but it wasn't something Kira couldn't easily dodge and weave through with her small body. As she approached the Kage's desk, she began to speak to the woman in charge. "I would like to participate in the Chuunin Exams. That was all she would say, one leg bend, hands in her pockets, and her shaggy hair in her eyes.

Tsunami looked at the Hokage's eyes, and said, "I don't know anything about a battle, but I'll fight anybody. I'm not scared at all. You're looking at the future Mizukage. I might even be the strongest Mizukage in Kirigakure history. Who do I have to fight?" Tsunami smiled while he put both his arms out explaining to the Hokage. Tsunami started blowing even more bubbles to fill up the room. He looked around the room and saw nobody worthy of facing him in a one on one fight. Tsunami thought to himself, "Where is this Moxie coming from? Maybe I just have some kind of hate for Konoha or something... I don't know... I just want to finally fight in my first serious battle."

"Well, the Mizukage has offered a test for this young Genin over here. So I suppose you could help out with that until something comes up from the Hokage. Would you like to also proctor a fight?" She then turned to the girl who approached the desk, she wasn't sure if the girl was completely ready for the Chuunin Exams, being stoic and cold-hearted wasn't the best way to approach such a life of a shinobi. Strong hearted, perheaps, but not cold hearted. "I understand. I will let the Hokage know when she gets back, in the mean time, why don't you train to your heart content. The Chuunin Exams aren't anything you can play with easily." She never participated in the Chuunin Exams, because the village was attacked before she could do so. Yet, she knew people who have participated and didn't pass easily. The boy from the Mist village spoke again, he was a strong willed one, something she expected from a Mist Shinobi. "I understand, the first battle is very exhilarating. So it'll be you, your Jounin proctor, my Chuunin proctor, and a Genin opponent. The rules of the game are that you and the opponent cannot destroy anything or kill anyone, that is the instantaneous losing mark. Do you understand these terms?" She looked sternly at the boy, she didn't know if the Jinchuuriki had any control over his demon, but she didn't want anything getting destroyed or anyone getting seriously injured. In the end, one of you wins and one of you becomes Chuunin, unless sought other wise." It was an interesting way to show worthiness of the rank of Chuunin, she wondered how this would work out. Things like this only happened with a personal Jounin exam, so she would do her best to remember how things like this happened.."It'll be in an area where both parties have an advantage, not only one.. Here" She handed the boy a map of the village, on the map, there was a red circle, indicating where the battle will be held. "While you're waiting, you are free to explore the village. I will be selecting a Genin to battle you in the mean time." She smiled. "You Will Always Be In My Heart Qastor"

Kira's heart sank as she heard the news. But, a sliver of hope shone through on her face at the news that this Kage Sub would be choosing the Genin. Suddenly, a fiery passion light up Kira's eyes as a determined smile lined itself up to her face. "Fine then, how about this." She said determinedly. "If I can prove to you that I should be the Genin to fight, will you allow me to?" A smirk of fierce confidence covered her face at this.
