Gregar828 Excellent question auggy. Well first off, elemetal control can only affect nin or genjutsu, not both. The instance where universal gets +2 rank bonus is when that person is near an ally who is A) possessed of high chakra, B) A Konaga, or C) a Pure Chakra Manipulation user. However, if you are one of these three things, the effect does not hold, for fairness reasons. Thanks for the quick answer, Greg. One or two more quick questions then I should be out of your hair. Are the Chuunin Autorank rules in the POTS rulebook in the Starter forum still the accepted Autorank rules? Furthermore, I assume that Universal nin/gen/taijutsu count towards the 10 extra jutsu that one can add to their character?

The rulebook mentions caps on learning Medical jutsu based on types taken. Now that the med type is a profession I have to call that information into question. What types and/or professions are required to learn Medical Jutsu above C-Rank? (Assuming those caps are still in effect)

@auggy: For your first questions, yes, the auto-ranking rules still apply, and universal jutsus would count against that total.
as for the question of medical jutsu, it hasn't changed too much, if you have the medical shinobi profession you can learn all med jutsus up to S-rank, so long as you meet rank requirements, and if you have Chakra control you can learn up to... was it B rank? whatever it was before in any case

Should Kumogakure know about the rogue village? it does say it is in the lightning country, and I would think the Raikage at least would know of a settlement that big in her own country... And if they do know of it, would they know what it actually is?

I'm assuming you put this here because your going for a definite answer as to you and mistah's debate? Like I told mistah, You might know of a village (there are plenty of villages that arent necessarily ninja villages) but as a base of operations for rouges, no, not at all.
