Celestia Whitesword Yep. Running the various Nar Shadda pubs, going "Nin nin nin!" in random alleyways ... xd well I happen to have an NPC I never use enough. hell I think I only use him once before.

Wouldn't the 12 wookies liberated by Freya and co. now be required to swear a life debt to them?

Perhaps... That could be a plot point for as they leave Kashyyyk, regardless of whether they are victorious or not. Having 12 strong Wookiees around'd be nice, but I think Gor might get a bit jealous...

Since a wookiee is already in life dept to Freya's family, I do not think the rest of them have to get involved. If everyone started saving wookiees, then people would soon have private wookiee armies.
And the wooks wouldnt like that much.

Plus, a life debt isn't given out by law. A wookiee must voluntarily swear a life debt as well.
But there are certain circumstances that once filled, automatically warrant the lifedebt, in the case of Hanharr.
so play off that.

Well, if it is ruled that having Wookiee life debters with us isn't the way to go, they could rule that rescue from slavery isn't exactly saving their life. We rescued them, yes, but their lives werent' in current danger, so...
