[Where's your proof for either of your claims? Unless you specifically possessed the "greatest taijutsu master in the world" as your rinnegan vessel, the human realm will just be another shinobi with enhanced skills, but not the greatest in the world. As for the second matter, it was shown in the manga how God Realm only repelled things in the direction in which his palms where facing. You yourself know this or you wouldnt have posted that he "raised his arms" to do it, keep in mind this is before you edited your post, without asking if it was okay first I might add. You can not just aim your palms down and deflect everything around you even if it can control aspects of gravity; that is illogical and against physics itself]

[What second dodge?! You don't have a second dodge!! Your dead bro; you have no outs. None of your other bodies can do anything since they are also stuck in the vortex of flames thus being incinerated. Hand seals are impossible due to the same reason as before because the air pressure does not allow movement
EDIT: Oh my god bro! YOU ARE IN THE AIR!!! THE TORNADO WAS CREATED AROUND YOU WHILE YOU WERE STILL IN THE AIR!! How the hell are you going to land and burrow a hole in the ground!!!! You are dead! The human realm would stop in its tracks and fall onto the ground dead. The smirk on the Kumokage's would grow as he walked over to the rinnegan body, picked it up, and disappeared to the gates. He would throw the body on the ground next to the charred remains of Rio and his bodies. Forming a single hand seal, the clones would disappear leaving only Ryota and the dead shinobi. Walking up to Rio's body the Kumokage would perform several hand seals and place his hands over Rio's charred head and face,
"Saisei..."
Ryota's hands would glow green as Rio's head would slowly regenerate from all the burns and cuts. After ten grueling minutes, the kumokage's hands would return to normal and reveal the rinnegan user's face completely regenerated along with his prize, the Rinnegan. Summoning a shadow clone, Ryota would activate the Chakra Scalpel technique, Ryota would carefully extract both of the users eyes and place them onto a scroll that the clone had pulled out. The clone would proceed to perform several hand seals sealing the rare doujutsu in the scroll, handing it to his master before pulling out two more scrolls.
Ryota would pocket the scroll and pick up Rio's now eyeless corpse and lay him onto one of the opened scrolls. The clone would pick up the Human Realm body and place it on the second scroll. The two would perform the same hand seals and place their hands on their respective bodies, sealing the bodies in the scrolls for later use. The Kumokage would then place the two scrolls in his coat pockets and send the clone to pick off the chakra sensors from the five remaining bodies and bring them back to him. He would also place the chakra sensors in his coat pocket and disperse the clone.
Walking up to Hei, he would smile towards him and hand him a food pill, "Take this and continue what you were doing before this disturbance. When you finish meet back at my office for a quick talk. Good luck Hei." he said before disappearing from the gates and to the his office in the cloud.

Moriko sighed as she walked to the gates, things where going by so slow here. Moriko hated it, she looked down at Yumi and said "What do you think girl?" Yumi barked as Moriko smiled. "Okay, lets go find some were else to live. Maybe somewhere more exciting!" she said as she put Yumi in her hoodie and started to run, past the gates, out of sight.

A hooded figure walked past the gates he held no sign of chakra and was kept from view as he walked through a malformed finger pressed to one anbus neck before he was impaled by an icy claw. The man dropped dead as the figure walked free through the gates no one dared stop him and he was only here on official messenger business right now but from where was the question.

Hei nodded to Ryota "Yes sir," and released all his jutsu, he then sat and regained his chakra. After a while he rose to his feet and vanished, headed for the sound village. He had business to take care of there, and then it was back home to cloud. ((Sorri, my computer crashed, so i had to get it fixed, and apparently I missed alot.))

Rokudaime Hokage- Jaice Tsumehari "If you wish to see me, all you have to do is ask," Jaice said dryly; it was a clone of him checking over the village. He'd already found the dead ANBU member that the odd stranger had killed.

Jaice winced ever so slightly. "It's Rokudaime Hokage, and Yondaime has been dead for nearly fourteen years now, unfortunately. I was there when he fought, and he died with honor," he said softly. It was obvious she had been from the village for a long time not to know of the Kyuubi attack; he had been a Chuunin then, and damn lucky to survive the aftermath.
