Nyl laughed. This was more basic than even jutsus. Slowly, the air around her grew colder, and with the cold, the pressure lowered again until it was the same as normal air pressure.
She leapt, aiming straight for Hunter, her wings moving her faster than he would be able to clearly see.

She leapt, aiming straight for Hunter, her wings moving her faster than he would be able to clearly see. Arrgghh! * Hunter started moving very quickly between 6 different spots shooting bullet of different elements on the sides ones and combiened element bullets from the center one * * Meanwhile a clone of Hunter softly formed farther off. It conjured a black tornado formed without oxygen, with ice shards on it's outter rim *

She could still easily locate Hunter, through a combination of chakra and the sight her demi-self naturally had. She ignored the clone, knowing her new goal. Some of his bullets hit, but as painful as they were, they were elemental bullets and not real ones. Mere annoyances.
She closed in on him, moving just as fast as he did. With one hand she reached for his wrist.

Nyl Phairen She could still easily locate Hunter, through a combination of chakra and the sight her demi-self naturally had. She ignored the clone, knowing her new goal. Some of his bullets hit, but as painful as they were, they were elemental bullets and not real ones. Mere annoyances. She closed in on him, moving just as fast as he did. With one hand she reached for his wrist. * Hunter spun around from being caught, his arm almost dislocating * Uh....oh.... * He pointed his other hand at her and an ciment spike emerged from it going for her * * He frowned due to the pain of his captive arm *

She grinned. The cement spike crumbled before it reached her, blown apart by small pieces of air. She grabbed that same wrist with her other hand and focused her chakra. Her words came out in a whisper.
"White water." She felt her Mizu power as it wound through Hunter, pulling and tugging at the water that made up his very self on the molecular level.

Her words came out in a whisper. "White water." She felt her Mizu power as it wound through Hunter, pulling and tugging at the water that made up his very self on the molecular level. What the hell.... * His face was twisted in confusion *

The kick hit her knee, and she shifted her weight to her other leg, not letting go of his wrist. A quiet gasp did escape, though, when she finally realized how much her knee hurt. Still, she only doubled the power she was using on Hunter.

She sighed and let him go, and he lightly dropped to the rooftop.
"Tomorrow you're going to fix this, you know."
