Key to loosing weight is to eat a low carb meal. it's bad to cut them out completely but eating low carb is good. The more multigrain you eat the more carbs you can have.

Aoi the Crossdresser What's the key to gaining weight? It's like breathing, there is no key to it, it's so simple and easy and obvious and difficult not to do that there's no need to explain it. But if the key to losing weight is cutting carbs, then the key to gaining weight would probably be to eat a lot of carbs with plenty of fat and sugar. In other words, just pig out on doughnuts.

And does popcorn count as a carb? Because all the calories are really in the popcorn oil you pop it in and the little bit you add after for flavor and to help the salt adhere(I don't know if salt contains even a fraction of a calorie, but I put so much of it on that if it does it's probably a substantial amount of calories). I love homemade popcorn, it's yummy and easy to make.

But realistically what packs on the pounds is The Carbs.

Although I suppose no one in their right mind would put that much oil on only half a cup of corn.

Eat more then you burn in a day, Since you have vomiting issues I doubt you could do that If he drank straight vegetable oil(a whopping 120 calories per tablespoon I think), or even heavy cream(I don't remember how many calories that had, but I know when I read it I nearly dropped the carton) to make up for the calorie deficit. Even if he threw most of it up, since it's so high in calories he'd absorb some of it and it might be enough. God I wish I was the one who had trouble gaining weight, I'd never complain about such a gift.

Besides which, they taste and smell absolutely putrid and make me sick just looking at them. They're okay every once in a while if you sneak them into a salad(although I don't really eat much salad these days either), but for the most part, yuck.
