Norainu Zaiten Actually I think whoever is in the best shape is I can bench press 300 lbs Squat 650 lbs Leg Press 1000+ lbs and can curl 75lbs... did I win?

Norainu Zaiten Pic's or it didn't happen Let me try and find some... I think they are around here somewhere. EDIT: Well, I have papers at my house that have the bench press as well as the squad weights on it. And since I'm not a narcissistic pile of crap I don't have pics of me weight lifting.

Rulebook: Elements Update Update:
Recently (1/27/11) it came to light that there are "Kekkei totā" ("Bloodline Selection"). There are an advanced form of a kekkei genkai. The only known example is Dust Release, a combination of three different nature transformations (Earth + Wind + Fire).
If you want to do something like this you must be an elemental type.
You may forgo your "advanced element" at chunin rank to learn a 3rd element. You can then learn a Kekkei totā as a Jonin.

Also- it's interesting to note that it was mentioned that the Third Tsuchikage "learned" the "bloodline" from the Second Tsuchikage. I guess we where ahead of the curve by allowing people to actually learn elemental combos they didn't have a bloodline for. (It just cost more chakra)
