"It's nice to meet you too..." Kiah took the offered pills distractedly, looking at the glass of water a bit disgustedly. Just looking at food or water had ended up making her feel sick, but if it got her out of this stuffy room faster she was willing to drink a bit.

"These look really different..." she mumbled quietly, quickly downing them and the water. When Kiah finished she handed the glass back to Mishka, shaking her head to indicate she didn't want anymore.

"No thanks, Liv," she smiled apologetically at the girl, not really feeling up to anything else at the moment.

Krory had happily made his way to the cafeteria after coming back from a long mission, glad that they'd recovered the Innocence successfully. Ordering something safe from menu and looking down while Jerry prepared it, a bit wary of the man after he'd asked him a certain question. Once he'd grabbed his mitarashi dango- Allen really seemed to like them- he bowed to the man and sat down to eat, wishing he had some akuma blood with him.

After another long day wrapped up in a job for the Order, Sil had just about lost her patience with both herself and with the medical staff. Yes, she didn't have the best reputation as to keeping patients safe and secure in their beds, and least herself in that case, but it wasn't like she had ever hurt anyone. She was starting to think that the Head Nurse's 'closed to visitors' statement had been made just for her.

To hell if she was having that.

Still clad in her Exorcists uniform, she went barreling into the infirmary without bothering to ask if she were allowed in. The Head Nurse jumped up and shot a glare at the troublesome Italian, one that Sil returned with heat.

"Try and stop me you old bat, I dare you!"

"So help me God if that girl so much as sets a toe on that floor I will come after you Silvia!" The Head Nurse returned, shaking a finger at the woman. Although she had no ill feelings towards Sil, the spirited young woman was a little more than exasperating when it came to being bedridden for any period of time. "I mean it!"

"I'm not trying to kill her, jeeze," Sil complained, wondering if she was still bent out of shape after her debating Lavi out of his hospital bed. The poor guy had been tired of being in there and she didn't feel even a moment of remorse for it. "I only try to break people out when you won't release your tyrannical grip on them!" The Head Nurse rolled her eyes and stepped out of her way, and Sil rushed over to Kiah's bedside with her arms crossed along her chest. "That woman, I swear! Can't a girl visit the person she got shot without getting flack for it?"


"So many noisy people in here today," Mishka mused, wondering which Exorcist was the one who burst through the door. He had heard stories of a few of them who were a nightmare to keep down when they were injured, warned that sedation practices were sometimes a little unorthodox because of them.

Mishka's face became slightly creased with worry when she refused any more water, and despite her words he set the pitcher and the cup on the table next to her bed so that Kiah could have access to water if she felt so inclined. "Here for when you need. Liv, as mother you help... Kiah must drink and eat, stay strong!" He flexed his arms as if he could lend his strength to the young woman.

Lavi smiled a little at her apparent naivety, knowing it couldn’t possibly just be for scientific reasons that the men in the Science Division were interested in the girl. Very aware of how close she was, it made him more uncomfortable than he’d thought, a flush rising up his neck, and he shifted a little in her grip, trying to force a bit more distance between them. Even though it was nothing compared to what he felt for Sil, he was annoyed with himself that he wasn’t entirely indifferent towards the Guardian. He wasn't sure if she was like this with everyone or just him, he hadn't seen her interact with any other males except Cross, but he hoped it was the former as he didn't want to hurt her feelings.

Nodding along as she named the people she’d met so far, his stomach twisted at the mention of ‘the red-headed man Sil spends so much time with’, his eyebrows knotting together slightly in displeasure. Was she really? Well, he was her General, after all, so it shouldn’t have been so surprising, but the thought still bothered him. Eira’s next words dispelled the troubles quickly, though, and he halted, staring at her, uncovered eye wide with shock at the sudden news. “What do you mean, in the infirmary? Did something happen to Kiah?” The first image that sprang to mind was one of Komui’s inventions gone terribly wrong, as usual, but with more severe consequences. His stomach flipped at the thought of something exploding in Kiah’s face. “Is she okay?”

Star looked up at the tentantive greeting, sharp golden eyes landing on the form sitting across from her. "Hello," She said in reply, letting a small, somewhat gaurded smile come to her lips.

Kiah jumped at the sound of two people yelling and looked around wildly while wincing a bit at the sudden movent, noticing Sil and the Head Nurse bickering near the door of the infirmary and tilting her head a bit. After a few seconds of listening to their argument, she finally realized that Sil was there and looking healthy as ever. She'd figured Sil was fine, but since she'd been stuck in the infirmary she couldn't exactly check up on her, as much as she wanted to.

Kiah's eyebrows furrowed in confusion a bit at Sil's words, not quite getting her meaning until a few seconds later. "You did not get me shot, Sil. It could have just as easily been you, so don't even think that, alright?" she gave the older woman a tired smile, mostly to make sure she wouldn't argue that fact.

She smiled at Mishka's actions, still not wanting anything. However, when Liv approached her to try and get her to eat something, she sighed a bit in resignation. If it'd make everyone feel a little better... "Yeah... I might not finish it though..."

Krory noticed the golden eyes when the girl looked at him and tensed, only knowing Noah with that particular eye color. No one else seemed to mind, so he wondered if everyone already knew who she was and he was getting ready for a fight unnecessarily. He blushed a bit at his stupidity and quickly returned the girl's smile. "Are you new here? Oh! I'm Arystar Krory the 3rd, by the way. Most people just call me Krory."

"Oh no!" Krory waved his hands in front of his face, getting a bit flustered. "I just thought... Well I've just never seen you here before, so I assumed..." he trailed off in embarrassment, feeling silly. He bounced back after her explanation and smiled. "Nice to meet you, Star. I've heard the Asian Branch is a great place!"
