When a sudden, cold touch to his face robbed Lavi of his sight, he very nearly assaulted the perpetrator in surprise, still on edge from the battle with the Akuma, turning sharply on the spot and reaching for Tettsui. His hand froze at the sight of Eira, initial rush left over from his mission subsiding again, his shoulders sagging a bit as the tenseness left them. Despite the fact that it was obvious from her looks that this was the same spirit Sil had... created, summoned, made a bond with - he wasn't entirely sure how it had worked - some months before, albeit no longer in her snowy figure, it took him a second to realize exactly who he was looking at. Evidently, Sil had created a new body for her to save her from melting as the weather became increasingly milder.
"Jeesh, Eira... don't scare people like that... you'll get stabbed someday. Possibly by Yu." He smiled wryly at the now marble girl and jabbed his thumb in the direction of the kitchen, his stomach urging him on. "I'm gonna get something to eat. I don't know if you eat, but you can come along."

"S'not that bad..." Kiah slurred her words a bit, wincing at the raising pitch of the other woman's voice, as she already had a headache. She watched Liv start to fuss over her, trying to process what was going on when someone- one of the doctors, maybe? She was having a hard time focusing- started talking quietly with her. Sighing in relief, she directed her attention to a nearby window and simply stared at the snowy terrain outside.

Eira's bottom lip quivered a little in a mock pout at Lavi's reaction. She took a few delicate steps back, placing her hands carefully on her hips with a slight c**k of the left more than the right. "I just missed you and wanted to surprise you... I haven't seen you in well over a month, you know," she made a soft 'hmph' noise to go along with her slight sulk. "And I was excited to show you my new body and everything."
At the offer, she did smile and move in stride, sliding one of her arms around Lavi's. "I don't need to eat, but I'd like to come along. I'd like to know where you've been and what you've been doing... there's been so many things going on around here lately. I'm just glad to see you're looking well~"

"Is very good to see you too," Mishka said with a small smile, wishing he and Liv were not meeting again under such circumstances. During their blind date he had said he hoped never to see her there, and as fate had it that was their first time meeting since that lovely evening. He pulled over a chair from a near by beside as quietly as possible, lifting it so the legs scraping along the floor would not disturb the others too terribly. Settling it by the bed, he offered the chair to Liv. "Please?"
Once done, he moved over to the young woman who seemed to be looking a little worse than what he expected. His face remained pleasant, however, and he smiled gently before moving over to Kiah. "I am Mishka, you were asleep when I come in but I wish to introduce myself to you properly," he looked between Liv and Kiah, thinking there was no reason to skip straight to poking and prodding the ailing girl without taking a moment to familiarize between the two. "I see you have good friend in Liv to make her so loud. I did not know she has such power in lungs."

Liv smiled a little and took the seat Mishka offered, "Thank you, again."
When he moved over to Kiah she watched a little worried, but felt reassured now that she knew he was on the case. A small blush crept up in her cheeks at his comment. Was she really that loud? She cleared her throat a little and fidgeted with her hands in her lap, "I'm sorry for causing such a disturbance...I was just worried. It isn't often I see my friends in here, but when I do...but I'm glad to know that you're taking good care of her."

((So I'm fooling around on Tektek, trying to see what avi I could make with the items I got from Liv and Kiah for my birthday. I've ended up with this:  I actually quite like how it turned out and I've been thinking about turning her into a character. Now I just need to think of a name and backstory for her...))

Kiah turned to the man next to Liv after a few seconds of delay, blinking up at him while trying to figure out what he'd said. "Hello Mishka. I'm Kiah." She couldn't help giggling softly at Liv's expense, ignoring the small stab of pain that went through her side at the action.
"I'm sure I'll be out and about in no time, so don't worry about it, okay?" she gave Liv a reassuring smile, not wanting her to worry, but at the same time glad she did.
(( Jack: ... Do those needles hurt her? o.O ))
