"Aww, poor little one," she said, smiling as her finger started being chewed on. "She's so cute. May I hold her?" One ear swiveled over to Richard, and she turned her head. "Hello...." she said, wondering why he was staring.

TyKat12 Trina, who by now was quite confused, managed to pull herself up to stand, giving Caradoc a questioning look. Did he want her to say something? Or should she remain silent? "...Caradoc deserves to be comfortable." She said simply, leaning against the wall still, looking as if the world was pitching this way and that beneath her feet. "You will allow him to be." She said in her soft voice, not leaving option. (*Pokes SD*) Richard gave a smile. "Of course, forgive me. I study the races and species. I did not mean to offend you." He said, smiling. "As for me, I am a human. Some magic, but still human."

Richard caught the look from Kaen, and bowed his head. "I do not mean disrespect Ma'm. I have seen you, but have not gotten the pleasure of speeking with you. I am a scholar of sorts, I forget things."

Tali laughed, "Yeah and he also told Su." "Really? I did not know that." "He did but Su threw him out." he stretched the baby towards Kaen, "Make sure to be gentle with her head, keep it covered," when he stretched her and kaen had to hold her under her small rmpits the baby started laughing and kicking.

"I... I still don't like you very much right now." Caradoc said cautiously, then looked down at himself. "Of course I look different. I'm a freaking machine for crying out loud! However, certainly you've noticed I'm an a**?" He told the other man, pulling his ear away.

((*Hugs*)) Trina sighed, Caradoc was handling himself fine. Good. She sunk back down to the floor, dark eyes closing a minute, then opening again to watch the rain outside.
Richard grinned. "Ah, the tactless hmm? I'm sorry you had to suffer through them. I am more interested in the individual's thoughts though, mostly speech. But do not worry, I will not bother you with questions if you wish." He chuckled softly. Ah, how his curiousity got the better of his manners sometimes. He forgot that not everyone was as open as Master Caradoc and Mr. Tomo.

Kaen took the baby and held her the way Tali had. "Hello, little one," she purred, smiling. She glanced back at Richard. "A scholar? And what sort of studies do you specialize in?"

"I don't mind, actually. I was pissed at the other guy because he thought that because he had a diploma he could strip me naked. I remember that another one came along and he was a really nice guy. gave me cookies." "yeah I remember those tasted heavenly. I think our general was the one that let himself be tested, right?" "Yeah. He wasn't like the other guy that asked like twenty angels the same thing." "that one asked two that I know of. The general and Su because of his physique." tali looked back at kaen after his conversation with Asphiel, "Kaen, do kitsunes get scientists too?"

Not really, that I know of," she said with a shrug. "Most prefer to stay away from us. But I think it does happen every now and then."

((Poor Caradoc!!)) Richard smiled at Kaen. "The study of sentiant beings and their histories. I also study plants, but a plant doesn't talk much..." He grinned, but then frowned. Richard was no scientist. Those only cared about physical things, not the people themselves.
