Michiyo stared at school of fish swimming furiously around where the rock had fallen in, causing the water to foam. "R-Right," she replied weakly, trying very hard not to imagine what would happen should one of them fall in. She glanced back over her shoulder, wondering if it was too late to try and backtrack to the starting line, but to her surprise the tunnel had shut itself, a thick wooden door now blocking the way.
Swallowing thickly, she looked at the obstacle in front of them, judging the distances between the poles. It seemed do-able, but there was sure to be another catch. She looked to her side at Erin, debating if it wouldn't be a better idea to just team up and make it through alive and with all their appendages still attached. Who cared who was faster - this wasn't an obstacle course anymore, this was survival. What on earth had Komui been thinking, creating this? Never mind the Noah and the Earl, their maniacal supervisor would kill them all long before they ever got a chance.
"So," she started, unsure, "Any bright ideas?" She could probably get at least somewhere using Kusari, but there were no exposed beams on the surface to use, and the poles didn't look sturdy enough to take the strain of the chain winding around it, as she wasn't very confident in her ability to regulate it.
