Jay stood, brushing herself off. "Hmph." She sheathed her sword, put her pistol back into its holster and returned to her seat.

Sunny realized she was still being held bridal style and gracefully disentangled herself from Kibo's arms. She blushed when she caught the disappointed pout on his face and turned away to hide her small smile. She wandered over to the intricate organ and grazed her fingers over it as if under it's spell. "It's beautiful" she remarked. "My great great grandmother told me stories of the organ Davy Jones played as he thought of his love. This reminds me a lot of how she described it" she said, imagining a heart-broken devil pounding the keys and mourning his unrequited love.

Kibo walks over, playing the first, and quite recognizable, series of notes from Bach's Toccata and Fugue in d Minor.
Kibo: My music is a bit more... happy. Well, as happy as organ music can be. It always manages to sound sad...

Sunny beamed and clapped softly for his 'performance'. "Bravo! Bravo!" she cheered. "So, do you have a violin for me to use?" she asked, looking forward to trying to keep up.

Kibo: No, but...
He snaps his fingers, and a spirit appears beside him.
Kibo: Hello, Mr. Stradivari! I'd like you to do me a favor. Can you make me a violin?
The man looks puzzled, but shrugs silently, and walks into Kibo's cottage. Kibo snaps his fingers again, and within seconds, Stradivari was walking out of the cottage, handing Kibo a violin.
Kibo: Thank you. As you were.
The spirit disappears. Kibo hands the violin to Sunny.
Kibo: Here. To him, it felt like he spent days making it.

Sunny admired the beautiful instrument and gently plucked the strings for tuning. "Already tuned..." she marvelled. "It's perfect! Can you tell Mr. Stradivari I thank him?" she asked, truly grateful.

Kibo closes his eyes, and mouths "Thank you," before opening them again.
Kibo: Done. Sooo...
He sits at the organ.

Sunny placed the violin on her shoulder and pressed her chin to the rest. Her arm elegantly arched to poise the bow over the strings and her fingers automatically found their placements around the neck. She closed her eyes and slowly played a lullaby her mother taught her. It was low and lilting almost as if the sound were the music of sleep.

Kibo lets her play for a bit, listening to the patterns, tempo, and individual notes. After a bit, he begins to play an improvised accompaniment on the organ, starting with high, lilting notes, and eventually lowering the pitch until he was using the pedalboard, but still keeping the soft sub-melody he had before.

Sunny smiled mischieviously and began to play faster, her fingers dancing deftly as they switched positions. She also danced, swaying and spinning gently too the melody.

Kibo cocked his head, but soon brought himself back up to speed with her, his fingers, speeding across the keys, making a complex tune that overtook the difficulty of the violin that had inspired it.
Kibo: Keeping up?

Sunny stopped dancing and licked her lips, prepared for the challenge. She began to work with every trick she knew from dual strings to double fingers. "So far I am!" she cheered, enjoying the friendly contest.

Kibo: Must I bring out a fugue?
He begins to play a short melody with two fingers. A few seconds later, he starts the same tune, an octave lower, with two different fingers, continuing the first melody. He does it again yet another octave lower, and again, and one more on the footboards.
Kibo: Care to play against a 5-part fugue, my dear?

Aubry walked by the Godspeed, and thought that only moments before there had been a fight, and now there was music... odd, very odd... she raised an eyebrow and listened for a moment.
