He will pause for a second, like how Gan looked at San, but will always follow the orders within a few minutes. Unless of course it's contrary to the good of the village and will of the emperor Kazekage

But if you pause, that must mean your character is temporarily questioning the order (unless Gan is just slow in the head and takes a few seconds to understand the order xD). Unquestioning seems like it might be wrong lol

He's acknowledging it and making sure they won't countermand it, but doesn't question it. It's usually not his place.
