He looked at Voro "Mother will be angry if you hurt the child." He looked at the shadows but it never shifted, seeming like he wasn't sure what he wanted

He chuckled. "I won't hunt the child. But I will punish him for any insolence towards me. I think one slap should do. We will find out."

Moonreaper turned toward Voro, "There are 2 major issues with that statement... even if the child does anything to aggrevate us to the point where we do wish him harm we have Lavender to deal with, though I am not bound by her any longer she will make it most difficult for me to do anything against her and Secondly I am about 1/10000 of my original power with no longer being a Demon Knight... Kuroi however is more of about 2/3 of what he used to be, his power greatly out ranks us, he is non-violent in nature but is very protective against younger creatures... allow me to Demonstrate..." he said as he took out his Scythe and began to walk menacingly towards Kuroi and Cali.
Kuroi turned and eyed Moonreaper, "Don't you dare, I am not going to show off for you I am not some puppet for you to control or manipulate so beat it before I make you into fertilizer!" he warnedholding Cali closer.
Moonreaper stopped his advance and returned his weapon to his back with a pout, "Fine whatever... What is there to eat around here... feels like I haven't eaten in centuries" he moaned.
"I'm sorry..." he said as he looked up at Maya and then downward in shame. At the sound of food even Kege's stomach began to growl, it had been awhile since he had eaten as well.

he smiled sinisterly. "Child or not, Those who offend me directly and most foolishly will stand before Lav, after they feel my bite. But in this case a simple slap should ever send the message. But that is of course if he doesn't heed my warning."

Maya smiled softly at him, "You shouldn't apologize to me. But I think he could hear you."
Then she turned to Voro, her eyes cold, "I won't let you hurt him." She held Kege tightly against her.

Voro scoffed at Maya's remark. "Before you begin chewing off something that will bite back, I could lay my hands on him before anything was even done about it. Be careful what you promise. You could bring more stress and problems to your life that are unnecessary."

"You lay your hands on him, you'll find it broken." Maya retorted. "If anyone was to hurt Edward - Not that I think anyone would hurt you," she said speaking to Edward, then turned back to Voro, "You'd do the same. So the words you spoke to me, you should heed them as well."
She turned from him and looked at Kege, "You're hungry aren't you? Want to get something to eat?"

Moonreaper walked over to Kuroi, "Does it feel good to be a God again?" he asked as he turned his head to look at Voro spilling out pathetic threats.
"I don't suppose you could grow me a snack?" he asked knowing a fair amount of Kuroi's abilities and powers.
Kuroi laughed, "It is probably more enjoyable now then it was before, as long as violence does not surround me..." he said as small thorn like spines began to grow long his shoulders. It was almost like a warning mechanism.
To Moonreaper other request he got up picking up Cali with him, he opened his hand as small seeds came out of his skin to his palm. He dropped the seeds on the floor then bent down and placed his hand over them, he kept his hand there for only a moment before backing away and sitting back down. Kuroi then snapped his fingers, from the ground grew a small sized tree that almost instantly grew and began to bear fruit that looked like oranges, with a simple movement of his hand a branch extended over to Kege allowing him to take an orange.
Moonreaper grabbed one and took a bite, "Mmm... I really need to enjoy more of the greater things in life..." he commented before taking a second orange and chucking it towards Voro for him to try.
Kege grabbed the fruit from the tree and began to munch on it softly while remaining tightly clenched against Maya. He smiled adorably as he ate the fruit while being held onto by her, he giggled a little when Moonreaper tossed Voro an orange, thinking that he wouldn't eat it and that he would only drink blood like most vampires.

Maya tilted her head, chuckling, "Or Kuroi could just grow fruit trees."
She smiled as she watched Kege eat, summoning her staff, she let it hover a few feet from the ground then sat down on it, so that Kege was able to grab more of the fruit.

"Edward can handle himself, but I am here in case he needs me. He holds what I know so he couldnt be touched easily." He said matter-of-factly only to catch the orange and pell it with his mind and take a bite. "Not bad."

Maya was not paying attention to what Voro had said, she was amusing herself with her magic. Twirling a finger around, beads of magic light floated around her and Kege, before fluttering off onto the tree and turning into butterflies with their wongs glowing.

Kege smiled though he was not greatly amused by her magic it made him happy that he had so much of Maya's attention.
"Wow Voro, you can peel an orange with your mind, that's so amazing... I miss my power already..." he moaned as he walked over to a couch and then crashed on it, laying back on it with his feet up on the arm of the couch.

She glared at Voro "And I could have your head on the floor before you touched him Voro, do not test me. I do not like those who harm children even human ones." She sighed and waved her hand pulling an orange from the tree. She moved it to her, letting it float infront of her, using the shadows to peel it and feed herself so she didn't have to dirty her hands.
Cali actually hissed at Moonreaper when he started to approch Kuroi and her, a small flicker of power could be felt from her. It was cold like ice but there was something warm to it, as if she could freeze you but cook you at the same time. She curled against Kuroi when he stood, watching his ever action as always completely fasicated by him. She closed her eyes and seemed contently
Edward smiled against Voro "I could probably take on Mother as I sit right now and stand a good chance of winning. Just because the Knights do not exist anymore, does not mean I forgot everything I memorize Maya. All the time they fought I remembered most of the moves that were done."
She scoffed at Edward "Right, kid. I would smack you into the ground like the runt you are." She smiled very mothering at Edward, it was obvious by her voice that she was joking. She could never seriously fight her own kid.
