"He was on the morph's side! I've denied it all this time... that General Roy would turn into a Morph, but... he's been with them for a while now. I've always said... he's my friend but... why didn't he just stay here if that were so?" Sue spoke her inner thoughts in a Nomadic Monologue. "He had done everything he could to stop us.. and now he wants to help us? It makes no sense at all."

Ed trudged into the area. She had not been at the Hangout for a fair while. She had spent a bit of time holed up in that castle, because Renault said something about keeping her safe.
The wolf lifted her ears and feebly wagged her tail as she sighted the Hangout. Ed snuck inside the house and looked around for any presences, wondering what she had missed.

Luna had just walked out of the forest. "Hey people, how's Aid---" She stop to in her tracks to see the young lord that. "Ahh, what are you doing here?" Saying that as she pointed at him.

I am not sure how we can trust him. He came here saying he wanted to join the resistance, while also talking to a bush, which I think Matthew as in.

((Is so waiting for a reply from Rei in this forum... stare So there would much fewer questions along the lines of 'what are you doing here?' followed by glare/curious look.))
Roy looked over at Sue, then at Valter, then at his mother, then finally at Luna. He then sighed.
"I'll explain...once again. Yes, my original intention was to join the morphs and get to know what they're really like, and maybe find one or two weaknesses about them, as well as find the crew's location. I had to fight against you guys seriously because if I didn't, then the morphs would become suspicious of me and throw my entire plan at risk.
After having to witness what almost happened to Alihi, I had to make a choice: stay with the morphs and get the information I needed, or join the Resistance and risking Lilina's life? I didn't want the risk, so I stayed with the morphs a little longer."
The lord took a pause here, to allow everyone time to absorb his words. He then began to speak again.
"My plan, even though I wasn't able to free Lilina when I was allowed to speak to her for a few moments (after asking for Madriana's permission of course), I did get what I needed. The map I gave to Rei shows the location of the dungeon, where several crew members and Tibarn are held. I've also come to learn the morphs are not perfect, no matter what they say. I've come to understand that they're curious about human behavior. You've seen this for yourselves, with Synra and Vah. They displayed emotions, which makes me wonder if the other morphs have emotions as well, and would try to discover them."
Roy then looked at the others.
"I'm not going to betray you guys."

The bag Roy had given the shopkeeper held a variety of weapons: dark magic tomes, from C rank to A rank; steel and silver swords; a Runesword; a Brave lance; iron and steel lances; a few javelins and spears; and a Killer bow. All of these items he had bought from the market during his stay with the morphs. It was a huge surprise to see all these items being able to fit in the bag, along with other items like red gems and speedwings.
((Note: Roy still has his Runesword. He bought another one though.
And that should answer everything... sweatdrop ))

Melethia walks to Roy. She knew he was here. Her look was of anger. "Why are you here you traitor!" She yelled.

Ed noticed those who were present and feebly wagged her tail, even at Roy. She had picked up his explanation with her wolf ears, after all, and it was easy to forgive an ally. Ed approached the group and sat down, not minding whether or not anyone noticed the black wolf.
She glanced up as Melethia came near, then shouted at Roy. Ed whined and folded her ears.

Roy sighed. Again.
"I'm not going to repeat myself again Melethia. I've already had to say the same thing three times in a row. If you're that curious about why I'm here, ask one of them." he held his hands out, motioning towards the other Resistance members who had heard him one of the three times he had to explain himself.
"You ok Melethia? You took some pretty nasty hits from Siegell when you went into your dragon form..." he added softly.
