Maximos
As Tomm's eyes closed the swords popped in a tuft of black, back into stones, and he snatched each one out of the air, slipping them in his pocket and pulling out of a vial of green. That would be his heal.
With a series of sparks, and a wet crackle his arm degraded back into its pale, normal form. The tentacles lashing one final time before fading beneath his sleave, leaving only a piece of black shadow cloth to hold the hand together as he lifted it for a shake.
You and your....
His eye shifted around looking for an answer...
fists...!
He couldnt help but laugh.
Good match Tomm!

"Yeah...i guess it was." John said, smirking himself as he grabbed the vial and drank it down. He'd be better in no time.

Turning, he began to walk away, waving over his shoulder with his good hand. "I'll beat you someday, Max. Take care."

And with that the ether swallowed him to send him back from whence he came.

Tomorrow
"Spry, aren't you..." John muttered as he drew up to full height again, spying the boy out of the corner of his eye.

He watched him intently, static flashing off his body. His fists were bunched, but hung loose by his sides. His eyes were cold as they looked over his sunglasses, watching the boy move.

Static began to build over his body, flashing and wrapping around his chest and head, flowing down his legs and arms. It was beginning to grow faster, hurried, almost estatic ((sorry, pun)). His eyes gleamed as he looked over his glasses...

Ah for the love of... The visual display of electricity was not encouraging in the ways of a head on battle. This was why Sun avoided these sorts of fight...actually, the truth is probably that Sun really tended to avoid any sort of fight.

He sped up, ran sideways up the tree and placed both palms against it for a push off towards the back of John. Did he have anything in mind while doing this? Probably not, other then a chance at a headshot.

John watched the boy run around him, smirking at his athletic ability, before he twisted around, static following him in his wake as he faced the boy head on.

IF Sun touched him he'd recieve one hell of a shock. John was building up the electrical energies within him - and letting them store, making his body a living conduit of electricity. Touching him would be like touching a live wire and getting a buzz of over five thousand volts - the equivelent of a tazer shock.

The electricity froze when Sun came into contact with it. Which was something to see. Electrons still sparked through the branches, but it just seemed as though the whole workings were paused in mid strike.

The magic within John listened to something tell it how it was supposed to be, built and built, this wasn't a tazer, this was a pillar now. It exploded outwards and took out most of the tree, a lot of the outter ring, and scorched the ground to smoky cinders.

Sunstrike had purified the magic, resulting in all the space besides the small circle the two resided in, to be completely obliterated with John's own lighting.

It was still Tomorrow's own, it had just shown how it was supposed to be. Wild.

Sun shoved off of the other man much like he had the tree, still sparking until he shook his arms and moved his staff, discharging any of the remenants.

There was no doubt what had happened had severly weakened Sunstrike's physical state.

John's eyes went wide with shock.

Somehow the boy had managed to dissapait all the electricity he'd stored up!

John stood in the middle of the circle, steam rising up off his body. His hair was a little scorched, and his clothes had seen better days...

...But the boy hadn't really hurt him. Only made him do what he was planning to do. On a very much larger scale, and unexpectedly...but John was still very much alive. And amused!

"Thats a neat trick, kid."

He began to scratch his hand absently, smiling over to Sun. "and I mean that. I've never had that done to me. That was awesome."

Sunstrike was shaking with the aftershock, hunching with the pain, streaks of blue lightning still discharging in tiny bursts around his muscles. The red in his eyes were warring with blue as his body fought to process the information that had forced it's way through.

"You didn't t-t-tell me you w-were a NATURAL...d-differant rules for n-natur-rals..." His internal chemestry hated on him for taking in something powerful that was inherit in some people. He could absorb most spellcasts and handle the discharge, but this was like Vahn's fire...it tried to mess with him on a deeper level, and this was no god's body.

Sun's grip changed against his weapon and he crouched, forcing himself into focus, and trying to steady himself.

"Its always different rules with me, mate. Tburs fo tligh."

In his unsteady state, Sun wouldn't expect John to suddenly blurt something in Tribal before thrusting his hand out - and emit a flash from his palm that felt like a thousand floodlights had suddenly shone into his face at once.

It was one of John's Light powers, the Burst of Light. The scratching John had just done into his hand had been him scratching a rune into his palm - speaking the words in Tribal enacted the magic. It was small, and did no damage unless John shoved his hand right into someone's face - but Sun wouldn't be able to see anything for the next thirty seconds except white and spots.

John kept walking towards Sun as the magic died off, and he reached forward to grab Sun's head, dragging the boy a little as he kept walking with his head in John's hand - before John pulled the hand back and threw Sun by his head into the nearest Tree root. Not only was the feat of lifting a man by his head unbeleivable, but throwing him by it with such force would be deemed impossible. By some.

But John was strong. Extraordinarily strong. And to him, this was like pegging a tomato at a wall.

Move...moveMOVEMO-

"Awww ********!" His eyes pinpointed and frozen by the light, he stumbled backwards, only to feel the grip land around his head.

Have to think... One of his hands grabbed at the wrist as he tried to collect his thoughts, then with a coiled movement, the bigger man threw Sun.

He won't be throwing at empty air...

Sunstrike's webbed small wings burst from his back and his arms stretched out, making contact with the rough bark, scored and weak from the earlier electical explosion. His wings were to slow his momentum, and gave him time to feel out what he'd been thrown at.

As it was, Tomorrow would suddenly find Sun bouncing back at him like a ball, an eruption of ash following.

"IMPACT!" John would find the metal end slam straight into his gut, which ordinarily would probably only be a poke from a normal weapon against an abnormal person.

This however, had been charged by means of a specific rune right at the end of the cap to the staff, which glowed on impact.

The effect was that of a highly charged explosive going off, throwing both foes backwards.

Sun would go back into the root, which finally gave way with a crack and more black soot.

...Which was what John would be looking for. There are two things that happen when you throw something at a hard object like a wall - they squish into it, or they bounce off of it. And, although Sun wasn't the rubberyist of them all, his human body was fairly decent bouncing fodder.

Which was why, as Sun flew forward with his...staff...outstretched...John would spin his torso around, following back from his forward-flinging motion to bring his right arm up and over his chest and across himself - pushing the pole out of the way for the tip to stab over his shoulder into thin air - and shoving his left palm forward - directly into Sun's chest.

Which would feel like someone rammed a log into his sternum. His legs and arms would flow forward, his head snapping forward, and almost every single joint in his body would be hard-placed to stay where they were supposed to be.

For those who knew Reinhart they knew he traveled more than the average person, it was usually business related. It was nightfall, eh was out in an open space, the dry stale air blew across his face as the moo lit up the place around him. It was some ruins from an old something, he wasn't sure yet but he'd gotten a complaint from a villager that there was something haunting lurking about. There wasn't any entrance underground, no crypt, nothing, just pillars and walls, what could be so haunting about it.

"Strange..."

He said standing in the center of the once proud stone building which lay claimed by time, the elements, or man. Only thing that accompanied him now was the wind and moon above.

As he walked along, he would hear a sound much like a woman laughing, soft and musical while perhaps also a bit wistful. But it would be a bit further along really before he'd come across the source of the beautiful sound. Up there, on top of one of the pillars that still stood was a woman in silouette to the moon, her hair covered in a net that seemed to cover all of her body except for the bottom half of her face and her hands. Even her eyes were covered by a black mask.

It was amazing, she wasn't like a ghost, but a solid and toned woman. That much was as obvious as the nice handful of breast on her chest. She was balanced ever so precariously on the pillar, yet it moved not a single inch as her back arched as if offering her body to the moon in sacrifice. It would almost be simply beautiful if it wasn't for the latent sexuality of the pose and the raw enjoyment in her laughter.

"Hmm?"

Reinhart had quickly spotted the source of the laughter as he neared it, safe to say the sight was a bit creepy. The woman looked like an appirition standing before the moon and the netting over her body only added to the awkward feeling. Was she the cause of the complaints, she didn't look too huanting, then again, you could never judge on looks alone. Keeping his eyes on the woman, Reinhart said little, there was no gurantee she was the cause of the trouble.

It was then that the woman turned, and she seemed to peer right at Reinhart, a smile curving her lip into something both sensual and yet dangerous. "Another one, eh?" Her voice was like something out of a dream even if the tone boded ill for her not being the source of trouble. One leg kicked up and she rose to stand on the pillar as if merely summoned from the mist. Yet, she still did not upset the standing pillar as she stood looking down at him from over ten feet up. She drew the bokken that was as black as the rest of her costume, pointing it directly at his chest. All she needed was a bit of the hair waving in the wind for it to be a perfect dramatic moment, but that wasn't her style.

"Leave or perish." It had a nice dramatic ring to it if she had to say so herself. A bit overly so, but it was fun. If he was just another village gump then he'd either piss himself or run off muttering. She'd just taken a break from her searches and yet another bumpkin had decided to bother her.

Tilting his head in slight confusion he looked to the woman who threatened him now pointing her weapon at his chest. Usually he'd let something like that go, actually he never does, so he responded.

"I think I'll stay."

Lifting his head back to it proper position he spread his arms out as if displaying the ruins to her.

"I kinda like it here you know?"

A grin crept on him as his eyes looked to the almost threatning woman.

Oh baby when you talk like that
You make a woman go mad
So be wise and keep on
Reading the signs of my body

The smile of hers only widened, as the tip of the bokken broke the pillar, giving her a place to brace her body, as she easily flipped off the jutting of marble and brought it with her, going over Reinhart's head to land with the grace of a gymnist at his back.

Once he turned around, she would give him a mocking bow with the bokken as the tip, swinging the 'blade' of the wooden weapon out to the side as she stepped towards him. Thinking about it, that flip was indeed quite impressive. There was also something about that walk of hers, as if it was almost familiar as the swing of a lover's hip. "As you wish, Sirrah.. Then you shall have to pay the fee."

And I'm on tonight
You know my hips don't lie
And I'm starting to feel it's right
All the attraction, the tension
Don't you see baby, this is perfection
