~Princess_Lila~: It would probably depend on what, exactly, you wanted recolored. The draped gown would be easy because the entire gown is basically just one color. To recolor the entire thing, I would just...recolor the entire thing. *lol* If you wanted the Chinese Goddess outfit recolored in a multi-color wash, I would cringe. If you wanted the Heian era kimono recolored in a multi-color wash, I would flat-out refuse, because I know it would look like a steaming cow patty.

I like Stargate. I LOVE that edit!! I have a sister-in-law who will DIE when I surprise her with a Carter-avatar. xd In fact, my WoW character's name is Sha'rae (but without the ' because they wouldn't let me keep it), which is Daniel Jackson's wifey's name.

Princess Lila: I made a dress sort of like that. Only one color, but with the fadey effect.
Made for said sister-in-law, back in the day. It was one of my very first edits. ^_^
...now that I look at it, I guess the fadey effect is not all that obvious after all. confused

~Princess_Lila~: Go with the three-tiered dress. That dress is separated layer by layer, so I would be able to overlay a gradient of colors on each tier of the skirt for a nice effect. ^^
Yaaay, I'm down to just three edit orders plus one sig-box order and one bribe order via PM~
*takes a closer look* Oh crumbs. Fifteen customs including two every-single-pixel-re-drawn custom poses. ^^;

I have a fondness for the StarGate movie, despite its obvious weak points. Daniel was just so... heart

As far as the television show goes, I want to marry Samantha Carter. The episode where she mothers a little female time bomb took my heart and nailed it to the Sammy altar with a tent stake. The elevator break down! *drowns in tears* I love the "Groundhog Day"-esque episode mostly because I get to see what's-his-thickheadedness kiss her.
I watched an outtake once where Samantha and...arg. He. Are trapped in any icy little cave. I guess it was a practice run or she just felt like NG-ing because she suddenly bursts out, "Oh, come on! You used to be MacGuyver and now you're like...McUSELESS! Oh God, I'm trapped on an iceberg with MacGuyver!" *pounds ice*

Meriko, at first I had thought of using the 3T-Gown as an example, but I wanted to make sure my point was understood, so I used a simpler example. And you read my mind, I am going to order the 3T-Gown, but with a bit of...frankesteining...MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! twisted

And if anybody is wondering, I did finish the story (Thanks again for helping me everyone :3), of course my computer then decided to close out all my screens and got rid of the story <_< But, I did write up an outline thingy of it.
