*scrambles together thoughts of D&D yesterday*

So. First major thought: FUN. Doing again. 4laugh
Second thought: Dice confusing. Need own.
Third thought: Miniatures disappointing. NEED OWN.

Game lasted.. 9 hours. Should have been.. 8, I think? But we dawdled. Um. Two parts of a four-part mod. After 7 hours, it mellowed out a little.. but another hour after that, it got fun again.

Also, dear Mr. Hexblade? Evil characters are NOT ALLOWED in this game. That does not mean you get to put something non-evil as your actual alignment, ignore it, and try to kill everyone anyway. stare

DM (except in more detail): You enter a cave, and see four orcs, as well as one leader orc. They don't immediately attack you.
Sorceror (note: bunnie!!): ..GREET THEM.
Everyone else: What.
Sorceror: Why do we always have to beat up on orcs by default?! Greet them!
Fighter (note: me!!) and Healer: ..okay, whatever.. we'll be back here. You go greet them.
Sorceror: I greet the orcs!
DM: In?
Sorceror: Common, I guess..
DM: Okay, you'll have to wait until it's their turn for their response.
Sorceror: Nobody attack them, okay?
Ranger: Um. I attack the orcs.
Sorceror: You jerk!
Barbarian: I guess I attack them too..
Fighter: Aw. I kinda wanted to see.
Healer: Dude, nothing would have happened..
Fighter: Hey, are they smarter than me?
Healer: What's your intelligence?
Fighter: Six.
Healer: ..yes.
Fighter: Shiiiiit.
Sorceror: HEALER! Hit on them!
Healer: What.
Sorceror: HIT ON THE ORCS.
Healer: ...
Fighter: Well, half-orcs have to come from somewhere.
Healer: ...
Sorceror & Fighter: do it do it do it do it do it
Healer: Hey there, big boy..
Sorceror & Fighter: laaaaawl
Healer: I can't BELIEVE I did that..

Ohayocon is in Ohio. Did you mean Otakon?

But Connecticon is fun, and I highly recommend AB. Stream and I are usually there at both, so we could hang out. Bring your mom. She might have fun, too. xd
