Kiah smiled a bit and started walking toward him, seeing Mizaka come in suddenly. She looked over at her questioningly, wondering why she seemed to be in such a bad mood. She figured it was to do with Komui's incident, but why would she sulk when it was in defense?
"Hey Mizaka... Oh, yeah... I suppose..." She felt a little bad when she thought about how many trees they probably used. "I'll go plant some in the woods later to balance it out..." She started following Kanda to the door quickly, making sure to stay a respectable distance away in case he stopped suddenly. She looked back around while walking to answer the girl's question. "No, we're going to see if we can find Komui."

Mizaka's eyes widened when she heard Kiah's answer.
"Oh, in that case, you don't need to look far. The last time I saw him, Liv ran off with him."

Kanda stopped and turned, looking at Mizaka, "Liv took him? Why? And to where?"

Kiah froze in place when she heard Mizaka, wondering why they hadn't been informed. "What do you mean, Liv has him? Is he alright?"

Mizaka shrugged.
"Apparently the needle he tried to threaten me with contained a potion that transforms people. He sat on it, got turned into a sugar glider, and then Liv ran off with him because he's soooooo cuuuuuute!" Mizaka scoffed at the memory and folded her arms in disgust.

Kanda twitched a little, "At least he's safe."
He didn't see much sense in trying to track Liv down, and as long as Komui was in a form where he couldn't terrorize anyone, he thought it was a good thing. He started for the couch again.

"Wha... So we've been trying to find him... for two days... and Liv had him the entire time?" Kiah was having a hard time processing all of the information, so she walked over to her original spot slowly and sat down, looking baffled. "That's great..." she managed to choke out with a fake smile before bringing her head down on the table in despair. All that looking for him, trying to figure it out, not to mention the extra work... and he was here the entire time...

"It would have been nice to know where he'd been if you two knew, though..." Kiah sat up again with a sigh and resumed her work, feeling a bit depressed. If they'd known ahead of time what had happened, she might not have spent all her free time going back to the Science Department to look around and stress herself out more.

"No, you don't get it..." sighed Mizaka. "Liv and I...we had a little argument during that night and...well..." She let out a loud groan and buried her head in her hands. Why must things be so complicated?

She gave Kanda a small smile. "Well, he's not doing his own work yet... But he will be as soon as he gets back to normal."
"What do you mean by that?" she looked at Mizaka in confusion, wondering what she could have done to make Liv angry. Besides withholding information, but that was a whole different matter.

And well it is still unclear exactly what the new Kanda's personality is like, because we still haven't seen him very much. So sometimes I'm at a loss for exactly how to react. ))
Kanda paused for a long time, starting at the mounds of paperwork. While Kiah had her attention on Mizaka, he slowly got up and went to the table, taking a seat on the other side from Kiah. He picked up a pen from the table and took the first leaf of paper from the largest stack before quietly starting to read and fill out things. He didn't say a word, but listened to the conversation.

Mizaka looked up at Kiah with a lost look on her face.
"Well...when I blew Komui across the room, he started to disappear in his clothes. At first, Liv accused me of doing something to him. I, of course, lost temper at that, and she got angrier at me..." She let out a huge sigh. "I'm not sure who to be mad at...Liv for accusing me, or at myself for losing my temper..."
