Talon TDS Nice to meet you, Asuka. Big fan of NGE here too . . . mostly because America has become all but oppressive with Christianity- and NGE takes the bible, and throws it in a blender with Psychology and Big Robot anime themes. twisted Of course, the "End of Evangelion" movie ******** with my head a lot. confused I didnt like it sweatdrop To be honest every tells me "oo it screws with your head etc. etc.", I watched the whole series and such and yes,it is a sweet giant robot anime(they look coolie), but it didnt screw with me or anything.

((Sorry, I've ben gone for Mother's Day weekend, including Monday.))
That's ok, Ivel. We understand.
15-20 guilds, Hypno-chan! *dies from the thought of the sheer number* I hope you do well with soccer! Yeah, that can be a really tough experience to go through.
I don't think I'm interested enough in Naruto to join. I don't know that mch about it, and have only seen the episodes that they show in English on Toonami.
Welcome jack_shade! Have a good time here at the RPR and enjoy your stay. (that makes it sound like a hotel, huh?)
Dentists aren't half-bad. Back when I still had baby teeth, a good portio of them were capped. Now, my to bottom wisdom teeth are coming in. One is fine, but the other hurts like there's no tomorrow. I don't think that I have top ones at all.
That's ok, Cat69, life can be busy like that (and most often, is).
LOTS of anime/manga for sale! Glad your got so much stuff, Ivel.
Don't worry Goosey. I have plenty of stuff. I'll PM you.
Oh, neat shop. She's a good artist, Mou.
Wow, I'd be scared if I was that little kid, Talon.
Hey, Pandali!
No problem, Kyou. Yes, Empty Memories is uber-cool!
*looks at Gizem's chains* question
*freezes his phone book* twisted
Welcome Asuka!
To me, Evangeloion wasn't anything so special or spectacular. Also, Talon, Christianity isn't as "widespread throughout America" as you might think. I mean with public schools and the government making it all but illegal, there practically isn't any freedom of religion anymore. Freedom of religion means that anyone can practice their religion without anyone restricting it.
*struts in in his chain-reinforced straw hat*

Freedom of religion means that anyone can practice their religion without anyone restricting it . . . Try being a pagan in america and see it through new eyes. If you don't wear a cross around your neck or praise Jesus incessantly, one is shunned. Every town I have ever been in had at least one christian based church, if not several. I can think of 7 here in my small town. I, on the other hand, can't say anything about any religon that I honestly mean because when I do, it becomes a problem. stare

Nobody looks at me differently. I've learned to pick out the overly-religeous people, though, and have learned to deal with them...

Pagans do just fine in America. heck, most americans are that way. Just a quick question, where do you live? If you are anywhere but new England what you say may be true to an extent, but here in new England, people are shunned for doing those things. Also, people are leaning to a more apathetic nature, so shunning will die down in all forms and areas.

Aloha, wondrous literate folks.
Sushi's the name, and I'm not going to finish that rhyme because it's overused. I have no idea what to say, and having a headache does not assist the thought process. Erm... I'm fifteen years old, so still in school. Trying to be a mortician. Other than that? I'm out of things to rant about.

Welocome Sushi- you are 15, and dream of being a mortician??? Wow . . . and I thought I had run into some emo kids before! No offense intended of course! *series of bows hoping he hasn't ticked off the newcomer*

Back to my beloved anime 4laugh heart
What a better way to relax for the first time in a while, and the last time for a while, then to sit down and watch a few episodes of Naruto...
I've got a sleepover tomorrow night, Prom friday night, and who knows what else over the weekend.
@_@
Pretty much, i'm gone from tomorrow, to possibly sunday, possibly monday...

But don't worry, I'm not offended. blaugh I get that a lot, actually. Just seems like the job for me - besides, it's kinda hard to run out of a job. *rubs back of head* Anyway, death's fascinating... As long as it's not my own, or a friend of mine. That's when it's kinda brutal. Heh. sweatdrop

Hey, new person! Talon TDS I live in Pennsylvania. Surrounded by Amish and religious snobs. Ugh. Ah, that is highly understandable. I've been in that are plenty of time, and they're so uber-religious that it almost sickens me.
