Say, Norman. You being the director of HAMMER and all, I need to know something. When someone registers . . . if they register . . . do they HAVE to spend their time on a team? I'm really tired of the hassle, but . . . I only want to protect Hell's Kitchen. I really am just a minor player in this game, I'm no Spider-Man, I'm no Ares. I don't want to be on a team. I just want to do what I've traioned my whole life to do.

However, as Moon Knight also discovered, you would have to answer for any showings of... excessive force.
