More like in the past. If we don't make it a past event then it'll mess up because Mizuki is about to pop. So in present time that would make Mizuki six weeks behind Mizuki.
Unless you want this to be in the future.

Okay think of it this way.
Mizuki was at 3 weeks when she had the dinner and Sky slept with Adney.
Three weeks later she found out she was pregnant.
According to my timeline next week Mizuki would will be at full term.
So everything is 28 weeks in the past.
or something like that.

Because Sky became pregnant after Mizuki was 3 weeks, Mizuki is now 36 weeks.
