No. Bleach 12 was created by Renji, a member of Hiraka's old guild, Bleach 98. Bleach 98 meant to denote, at the time, the number of the guild leader's favorite Bleach episode. Bleach 12 continues that tradition for Renji, the former owner.
Now, however, the name holds no meaning for Sarah, who does not particularly care for the anime anyway. It has nothing to do with anything within the guild, but instead the owner's own tastes.
Now that I know this, I kinda feel like the name has no depth.
