Lily blanched a bit, though she managed not to look away, despite her discomfort. "The kind that kills, left unchecked... Cerri had it once. That's where Xaldin got the idea, I think. But I should be able to stop it." she assured him quickly. "You don't need to be worrying about me. There are more important things."
Vincent wrapped an arm around Ukaia, listening as well, though he ate as he did.

Miles fell up his buttom, and looked at him.
"Well I can cook, fight, read, write, you know how to use everything in this room right?" He asked makeing sure.

"You're mad, aren't you?" Lily asked him, shrinking a bit in his arms, looking very sheepish. "I'm sorry... but where are we going?"

"Um?" Miles qustioned his words.
He got up and took him by the wrist, and pointed to everything.
"Bed, lightswitch...It turns the lights on, bathroom...Well...The toilet, the shower, the t.v. I never watch it so power is on, and you can watch stuff, computer...Well that's currently mine but if you ever want to use it let me know and I'll help you out with it....Hmmm...Any questions?" Miles asked.
He light a cigerate and put it in his mouth for a moment.

"I'm not mad, well not at you," Arlen said carrying Lily up the stairs and to Cerri's room,carefully he kicked the door with his foot in the abscence of knocking with his hand. "We're getting you some help."

"Oh." Lily answered quietly, then fell silent; now that she wasn't pretending to be okay, she looked worse than ever, and she closed her eyes, limp in his arms.
Cerri answered the door in the same attire as before, blinking stupidly at the couple. "Need tips on consummating your relationship?" she asked blandly, then stepped back, opening the door wider so Arlen could come in. "Put her on the bed... she looks awful."

"Vincent" Ukaia said forgetting about the apple. Herand eating. she'd barely eaten the entire time he was gone.. she forgot to eat now that LIly was in trouble. Mabye Vincent should try and change that habbit of hers..

Arlen nodded and carried Lily inside, setting her on the bed and putting the question of what she meant with her first question aside. "She said she was cursed when she saved Vincent," he said, brushing Lily's hair aside. "She says that it's similair to the curse that killed you."

"After you finish your apple, we'll go check on her." Vincent answered blandly, taking another bite of his.
"Curse didn't kill me." Cerri grunted, pulling her eye patch on. Then she went to Lily, checking her pulse, lips pursed. "Xaldin cured it... on the condition that I was to be at his beck and call, and I let him replace my eyes with those of a Dragon. That's why her eyes have gone funny, I think..." she sighed, and shook her head. "There isn't much I can do... except give her more time."
Lily sighed and caught Arlen's hand, squeezing it. "Don't worry." she whispered, then fell asleep, weary to the bone.
