Hard to say but back in the old day England won so many times so I think England but now the poor guy gets the last places in the thing X_XAlthough in the Last contest they did pretty good with E.Weber and got the 5th or 6th place..Latvia won once too ^w^ He won in 2002 and hosted the 2003 contest which was won by Turkey ;D
there is one song that reminds me a bit of hetalia from eurovision[it was Latvia's in 2005 I think]..The war is not over..I dunno it just kinda gives me the idea of hetalia ;I
