Lily returned his kiss, then nodded. "I think you're right. I bet Lady Crystal would know how to help you though." she added in a low voice, sighing before making herself smile. "Can we talk about a date?" she asked hopefully, wiggling the finger that held the ring he'd given her.

"Warmer is definitely better." Lily agreed with a soft chuckle that turned into a cough. When it was under control, she paused, looking thoughtful. "Maybe... August?" she asked.

"But I would." He looked at Carodoke with a serious face that would freeze anyone. He turned back to Dream. "But I would like to know if someone ever hurts you again." He told Dream.
So I can beat them to a pulp...I don't think even Caradoc understand how or why I feel about this. He thought to himself.
"Never forget you can tell me anything, and I promise I will never on any cercomstances be angry with you." He told Dream.

Dream nodded a tiney bit. Not that he'd have to tell. he'd most likey bear the marks of being beaten again without having to say anything. he still didn't understand miles though

Caradoc shook his head, "It's not that. You just looked like you were about to propose to the guy." He shrugged, "Anyway. I understand that you're scared, Dream. I have loads of scars and brands I could show you." He looked to the floor fists clenched. "I hate the helpless feeling. When you know something's wrong, but you don't know how to fix it without getting even more hurt."

"I'm fine, I'm fine." Lily answered, cradling his hand to her chest. "Honest... everything's good here. Don't worry about me." The teen smiled up at him, much of the vitality she'd had when full of magic gone. "Should we aim for some time in the beginning?" she asked, blinking a bit.

Tomo explained, "So, anything like 'onii-san' might be a little silly..." He murmured, trying to think. "Otouto-san is 'younger brother', but that might be a bit of a mouthful."

"Kay... early August. Maybe... the tenth..." Lily broke out into a coughing fit again; it took her longer to stop it this time, and she looked annoyed when she did. "If I start coughing up blood like you did, I'm blaming you." she told Arlen playfully.
