"Your name is unknown to me," Keno responded in the same tone, though intending to justify what was percieved as a rude gesture. "I was referring to the arts of the ninja. Before I can learn more, I have to be taught by someone a little more....lenient." His voice was shadowed with a light growl, a tone of mockery and silent anger. Nonetheless he was docile as he tried conversing with the woman, the first person since Dev that he had actually spoken to.

"My sensei," Keno answered bluntly. "He asked two questions. I need the answer to one before he decides to teach me. From the way he phrased it, I'm guessing most all genin know the answer."

"What are the questions? ...Actually, who's your sensei?"

"The Rai-sensei....Comboz I believe was the name. Strange man actually. He had no ki...." Keno whispered that last statement, mostly reminding himself that the sensei hadn't even bothered to approach him in person. "He wanted to know two ways to mold chakra. I never was told two methods. I wasn't even really told how I do it the one way I know....yarou..."

"Comboz. ...He would do something like that. He's become far too arrogant for his own good." This was mostly said to herself as she shook her head. "There is a limit to how much I might train you without your sensei's approval, and I know next to nothing of Rai."

Keno silently acknowledges the man that enters the main room. He doesn't find the man familiar, but gets the feeling that perhaps they fought some months ago just outside. He couldn't quite remember since that was so long ago for him and he has done so much since then. Perhaps for that reason, or maybe because he didn't want to seem too rude to this woman, he didn't break off and address the person.
"I don't wish to learn Rai from you. I merely want the answer to the question he asked me. What are two methods used to mold chakra?" He seemed to be rather direct with her, but that was for reasons she wouldn't be aware of until later, if at all.

"I believe Comboz's idea was for you to find that answer yourself. However, if you must ask, Neko is a better person to answer than I am." She gestured to the man who had just walked in.

Keno grunted at the answer he received not irritated with the woman, but merely frustrated with this obstacle. To him, he'd been barred from training because of a relatively simple question...or so it seemed. "Fine," he said in a low growl and turned his attention to the man she called Neko. "Did you hear me or do I need to repeat myself?"

"Better yet, let me ask you something else," the short warrior says turning back the woman. "How would you go about learning the answer to such a question?"
