Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Di poured Killian's liquid of choice in a glass before handing it to him.She then leaned against the island counter, across from him. As much as she trusted this man, she didn't know if she could trust herself being that close to him. Look what happened already with her being in town! She had told him about Lyv after not for 7 years. No matter how many times she had reached for the phone and almost dialed his number over the seven past years; none of them counted since she hadn't actually talked to him. Not even that one time that she had actually dialed and then hung up moments after he had answered.
She nodded her head, "I'll be there if you want. Lyv considers you family too you know. She would be fine. But I'll come for you two." As he reassured that things would calm down, the smile he gave her was infectious as one began to creep onto her lips. And then he moved closer to her. Her green eyes met his, rolling at his comment and wink. It wasn't like she was wearing anything special, yet that comment continued to make butterflies in her stomach. As he spoke about how he had missed the two of them while he was away on his short trip, her eyes dropped from his and she began to play with the hem of one of his shirt sleeves that was rolled up."You know, Killian, She began tentatively, "You don't have to get doughnuts or ....leave tonight. We've got room here. It might not be that late yet for your night life, but if you don't want to drive anymore; want to relax. You can. "She told him, letting her hand drop from his sleeve as she sucked her lower lip between her teeth. Perhaps that was taking it too fast. As he said Lyv was top priority, but she could just ignore everything he stirred up inside her as well. And it wasn't like they had to share a bed if they were sharing a roof. Her parent's room was empty. She could just change the sheets on that bed for him. With a small laugh she added in an attempt to ease the nerves traveling in her veins at least with the thought out in the open. "Lyv doesn't get up in the middle of the night unless she's had a nightmare, anyway. You'd have a restful nights sleep." At least that would calm any objections there if he had heard of parents not getting sleep at night.

Lincoln glanced over at Mara and smiled. "It wasn't a secret. Just wasn't sure where things were going. No point in making a big deal of something if it is going to be over in the blink of an eye." He drove along and drummed on the steering wheel merrily. "Her name is Meg, she is raising her niece named Winter. She lives in Greensville. She is studying to be a social worker. I really like her, I wasn't expecting to get into anything serious but she is pretty awesome." He changed stations and looked over Mara again. "Maybe you can meet Meg sometime. It is a bit hard with her working, going to school and being a Mother." He kept driving and in about twenty minutes they were parking in the small parking a lot behind a small-ish restaurant. "They have good food here. I love the cornbread here!" He unbuckled his seatbelt. Slipped out the car and walked around to Mara's side. "She is pretty amazing." He said after he opened her car door.

Killian reached out his hand and moved his fingers through her hair. He grinned at Diana and pretended to think over her offer. "Hmmmm....I will have to think about it..." He chuckled. "I will stay. It's not a big deal. Long as you don't mind Tino stay too. I want to go pick the little furball up. My buddy is watching him, and I actually miss him. Even if he did chew up my favorite boots and belt." He downed his drink and straightened up. "He ate my friend's boots too. He isn't too thrilled with Tino right now." He pulled Diana close and gave her a quick squeeze. "Be back in fifteen minutes?" He glanced at his watch. Was it getting to late for Di? He didn't want to be a pain in the a** and keep her up.

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Di smiled at his light chuckle. It widned when he said he would stay... as long as he could go get hi pup. She nodded her head as he moved away from her and finished his drink. "So is he teething or a chewer?." When he pulled her close, Diana wrapped her arms around him gently, letting him pull away in only a few seconds as he looked down at his watch and stated he'd be back in 15 with Tino."Go get him then. I'll leave the door unlocked for you two." She told the man in front of her. She wasn't worried about anything happening here, as he said earlier it was Shadow Creek.. But it would make it easier to leave it unlocked for his return.
When Killian left the house, Di first went to the bedroom she had kept mainly closed since returning. She opened a window in the room, then started changing the bedding. She didn't off him to stay the night to force anything or to make anything awkward, so she would just get things ready so they didn't have to be. He had stated he didn't have anyone else at the moment, and had never mentioned anyone, but Di was not naive. He was a good looking man, there was no reason he hadn't been with other women and have other relationships since their time together 7 years ago. With the bed made and the windows open to air out the room, Di left it. Thinking about what he said about Tino liking to chew, she began to clean up some things that she knew herself or Lyv would care about if all of a sudden it was chewed in half.

Location:Resturant Company: Lincoln Wearing: x Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair , "Well, She sure sounds like quite the woman. Very busy and determined."Lyn told her cousin with a smile. She could tell by the way he talked about her that he did care for her greatly. That made her happy that he had found someone that seemed to make him so happy."I would be happy to meet her Linc. It seems like she has made you happy. For that I am very excited for you."As they arrived at the restaurant, Lyn followed Lincoln's suit and unbuckled herself. When he came around to her side of the car and opened the door, Lyn climbed out and grabbed her purse. As long as they have BBQ, I'll be just fine." Lyn told her cousin as they walked into the restaurant. Taking a seat towards the back, Lyn ordered a Leomade/ice tea when the waiter came. "So her niece has which birthday coming up? What is she interested in? Lyn asked after the waiter left after taking her cousins drink order as well.

Lincoln nodded. "The BBQ is good here too. This is my new favorite place. I have been here twice this week already. I am not ashamed to say this makes three for the week."
Once the waiter came around Linc placed his drink order. A watermelon lemonade. Something refreshing and both sweet and tangy. He ended up ordering cornbread, to snack on till his food came. He ended up ordering half a rack of BBQ ribs and fried chicken. He also ordered a small serving of mac and cheese. He loved mac and cheese but wanted to focus on his meats today. "Winter likes....ballet and ponies. Pretty boring stuff. She is turning seven. Meg does make me happy. She lives maybe 10 minutes from your place." "So how is everything? Babies good?" He asked before taking a large bite of his cornbread.

Location:Resturant Company: Lincoln Wearing: x Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair Lyn smiled as he stated the BBQ was good here and that he had been here often this week. That made promise. Linc wouldn't just eat anywhere that often. When the waiter came back with their drinks and to take their order, Lyn ordered some wings with a loaded baked potato along with a house salad. She felt she should have some veggies with her meal - to balance it out at least even if it wasn't what she wanted. As Lincoln ordered his food, Lyn drank her drink through the straw in the mug. It was nice and refreshing; just as a summery drink should be. As the waiter left and soon returned with her cousin's cornbread he explained alittle about Winter. "Hmmm.... Ballet and ponies... they certainly are no boring things Linc."Lyn told ihm with a laugh as her salad soon came out with the ranch dressing on the side as she had asked. Pouring the ranch on the salad, Lyn picked up a fork and starting to eat, she thought about what he could get the girl. Does she have a good pair of ballet slippers? Or has she actually ever been riding?"Maralyn herself had never really been one of those girls. Although there was a time before they had moved she had tried. But then after the move, she gave that up. Dance was never her thing. Riding, well, that could be fun with friends or family on a trail ride like she had done living up on the fields of Minnesota. But guns and movement had always been her MO.
Lyn took a few bites of the salad, she was hungrier than she had thought when she had first asked Lincoln to go for dinner. Then it had just been necessity to get out of the Clubhouse and have someone with her to make Dereck happy that she wouldn't be alone. With everything that had happened that day, food had not been her top priority sadly. As Lincoln asked about how everything was and the babies, Lyn looked down to her bulging stomach. Almost 26 weeks along now, in a day or so, and getting closer to the third trimester of her pregnancy. She rubbed a light hand over her stomach with a smile, before turning back to the greens in front of her and her cousin. The twins are good; a boy and a girl they said. I can't believe I'm almost to the last three months of all this.Still haven't decided how we are going to work out care." Of course she would take off time. She'd be given 6 weeks, but Lyn was sure she would take off at least 10 total. Then possibly go back to work at least part time. She knew if she stayed home the whole time, she would drive herself crazy. And yet maybe not. Lyn knew Dereck had money saved away and had been making good money with the club. Plus she had been saving what she could from her checks. So she knew they would be ok for the ten weeks unless something big happened. But after that... she hoped she could just go back part-time, but would go back full time if she needed. But yet ether way it came to a sitter or day care to find yet."Do you know any good sitters or day cares in the area? Maybe that's something I can ask your girl when I meet her."She told Lincoln alittle off handedly. Then she took a breath, her blue eyes looking down at her salad as she pushed a tomato around,"Everything else is...ok. We lost the dogs this morning. And Dereck's just dealing with some club stuff, now. Been trying to get it wrapped up these last few months. How's everything else with you going?"

"Not sure the difference between teething and chewing. He is eating my s**t, that is all I know." Killian gave a bit of a shrug. He moved toward Di, took her hand and kissed it lightly. "Be back." Then he was gone.
When Lincoln returned it was with Tino in a large crate, and with a huge sandwich. It was a foot long overstuffed Italian sub. He set the crate down with the puppy in it. He set his sandwich down on the coffee table. "Left my Double Gulp in the car. I will be back." He came back in a minute later sipping his oversized drink through a brightly colored straw. "Want some...?" He thrust the soda toward Diana. The puppy whimpered and pawed at the door to the cage. "Shut it fat boy." Killian responded sternly. "It's bed time. Go to sleep." He sat down and unwrapped his sandwich. "Want some? This is the best in town." He picked up half of the sandwich and took a huge bite. "MMMM!!!" He pushed the other half toward Diana. Once her chewed through the ridiculously large bite and swallowed he started talking again. "I needed food. I was getting grumpy."

Lincoln ate for a while. Listening to Mara talk. He huffed when she mentioned one baby was a girl. "Mara, boys! Boy twins! Don't name that one after me. Linchelle is not a cool name." He teased and took a sip of his drink. "She has good ballet shoes. She wants a pony. I am not sure I can afford a pony though, and even if I could I think Meg would not feel comfortable with me buying Winter a pony." He picked up a piece of his chicken and bit into it. "Hot! Hot! So good!" He carefully continued devouring his fried chicken. He wiped his hands and face after the first two pieces. "Want to try a piece?" He pushed the plate toward her.
"Not sure if Meg can help with the sitter situation. I know she has a little Mommy network. If you are interested in that she could pull you into her Mommy network. They arrange play dates, share sitters, sit for each other, even have outings together. Meg says it has really allowed her to be both a working Mother and a student." He picked up another piece of chicken. "Mara, best thing to do is stay out of Club business. Trust that Dereck will handle things. Your Prez will take care of things. Sorry about your dogs. I am coming around to them. Been watching my buddy's pup. He is a pain with the chewing up a good dog other than that."

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit When Di heard Killian return, she followed him back into the kitchen, nodding as he set down the crate, then walked back out to get the drink from his car. Di knelt down in front of the cage to see Tino sitting in there wagging his tail at her. She smiled and stood back up as Killian came back and shoved his drink at her asking if she wanted any. Di took the cup and a small sip before she set it back down on the table in front of him. Then tsked as Killian yelled at Tino for whining, "How can you be so harsh with him? He may be chewing, but maybe he missed you too." She told him gently before bending down to open the door to the dog's cage. Hell it was her house. The dog could be free."There, now he'll be happier."
Di shook her head and pushed the half a sandwich back towards Killian with a small laugh, "If you're turning grumpy, then I know better to eat your food. I'll take a rain check on sandwiches. I could have heated you up something here too you know?"

Location:Resturant Company: Lincoln Wearing: x Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair "So no Linchelly?" Lyn asked teasing her cousin as their food was set in front of them. That was something she had yet to talk to Dereck about as well when they got the time; Names. Of course Lyn had a few she had thought of, but they were his children too, and so she thought he should have some say. Lyn shook her head at Lincoln as he mentioned buy the girl a pony,"No don't buy her a pony, she's too young. But you can get her like a horse riding package. 5 or 6 lessons for so much. Meg might not like you starting her on that route, but the girl might really love it." Maralyn laughed at her cousin as he devoured two pieces of chicken after stating it was hot. She began to eat her own, shaking her hand at the offer to try some of his chicken. She had her own after all that was very tasty.
Lyn listened as her cuz spoke about his new thing and the Mommy Club. Lyn nodded,"I'm sure something like that is very helpful. No worries though. I'll figure something out. She responded as she put the third set of bones back on the plate. As he spoke about the club business Lyn shrugged with a sigh, "I stay out of it as much as I can. It's not like I go looking for information, but it affects me too sometimes, Linc. I know Dereck will handle that side of things, but I want him to come home at the end of the day too. As well as the others. I just can't help to worry. Maybe it's just the hormones.Lyn ended with a laugh. She knew the club stuff had nothing to do with her for the most part, and it was nice Dereck kept her informed of some things that were bigger. However she was afraid she would never not worry. Dereck was family; she didn't know what she'd do right now without him. And well Nate and Lucky were pretty much family to her by now as well. Kevin she didn't know too much. Pushing that aside, she asked "Dogs do have a chewing phase. Thinking of getting one?"

"I missed my furry friend to, but it is pass his bedtime. I also don't want him waking Lyv. She has school tomorrow. I want her well rested so she can outsmart all those sticky snot nosed kids in her class." Killian watched the puppy curiously sniffing about.
He sat back watching the pup a moment before he returned to his food. He set the sandwich down after a few bites. Once he finished half the sandwich he patted his belly. "I always stop for this sandwich when I come back to town after a trip. To me, nothing says home like an Italian Sub from Juliano's. No offense to your cooking. I am sure it ha improved from burnt pancakes honey." He grinned at her. "I remember I worked in that deli for a while when I first got here. He always use to let us make a sandwich and take it home. End of our shift. He was a good guy. He passed away last year but his son and nephew run the deli now. They remodeled the place but the food is the same. Love that place." He wrapped the other half of his sandwich back up. "Not going to eat the other half now. If I eat this close to bed I get indigestion like the old b*****d I am." He chuckled at himself. He moved to pat the dog's back.

"Yeah. Riding lessons might be fun. She could really like that. Think that sounds like a cool present. Thanks." Lincoln switched his attention to his BBQ ribs. "Oh come to Daddy..." He said to his food as he picked a rib up. He was quiet, listening to his cousin talk while he went to town on the ribs. He excused himself to go clean himself up properly. When he returned he ordered another drink. "Of course you worry. That's what the women folk do. They are the nurturers, we are protectors and providers. We are going to go out there and do what needs to be done, we need you to understand that and try to chill. Trust us. We always have a plan, a back up plan and a oh s**t plan. Dereck is the President, so his burden is even greater. He probably needs you to be there for him and not questioning or challenging him, just believe in him. Back him. He didn't get to where he is by being Mothered all the time. No offense. Trust me though, the less you know about Club s**t the better. Means when the Police come you can't accidentally give them anything." He took a large drink and set the glass down. "Means you can tell them to go ******** themselves when they come sniffing about..." He shook his head. He was not a fan of the Police. He felt like they quickly came and arrested the MC members but did nothing to try to figure out who was slinging drugs in town, or roughing up the women, or even running around burning s**t up in town. No they were to busy trying to pry into Club business that they weren't doing their jobs properly.

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Diana shook her head as she watched Tino walk around the house. "Don't worry. I closed her door. He won't be able to get in there. I didn't think you'd bring him in in a cage. The Killian I knew didn't like being confined." She told him with a teasing wink. At his next comment about burnt pancakes, she laughed quietly, "Well I can't say I blame you, but when you were hungover or starving you weren't complaining about burnt pancakes. "
Di shook her head and pushed the half a sandwich back towards Killian with a small laugh, "If you're turning grumpy, then I know better to eat your food. I'll take a rain check on sandwiches. I could have heated you up something here too you know?" As he finished and wrapped the second half of his sandwich back up, Diana stood from the table and took the sandwich from his hand gently. She walked to the fridge and placed it on the top shelf before closing the door, "No worries, that will be there when you get up without your name on it." Turning back towards him and resting against the fridge she asked,"Are we really that old now?"She wasn't sure what else to say. Talking about Cadie or the club didn't seem appropriate, even if they were things as he had stated earlier were bothering him. Alyvia they could talk about til they were blue in the face! But she also wasn't sure she was really ready to call it a night. Especially not that he was here, even though he was staying. Di didn't want to waste this time they were given, yet she wasn't sure how to reconnect with him either. Pushing away from the fridge and moving towards Kill, she asked, "Is this old man past his bedtime, or does he have time to...look at pictures or watch a movie?"

"Yup. Those burnt pancakes were great when I was hungover." It was a happy memory in his opinion. Killian stretched and felt a few small pops. It felt good to him. "Ohhh yeeeaaahhhh!" He groaned and finally slipped out of his leather and jacket. He put it on the back of the chair in the kitchen. "Eh...movie sounds good. We aren't going to watch another chick flick are we?" He grinned at her, hoping she realized he was kidding. "Movie sounds great. Whatever you want to watch is fine with me baby." He moved to the couch, sat down and took his boots off. "That feels awesome!" He wiggled his newly freed toes.
