Aislin set the shadowdancer with a look. It was calm, but questioning, as though she were expecting him to do something. It wasn't a look of trust, but determined. After a moment she spoke, not removing her eyes from Nikoli "I promised I'd help you, Core... And I will... If you think this is the proper coarse of action."
Gab's stomach had finally won the battle and he reached for the steak, planing it eat it before anyone got back, so they couldn't ask him what had happened to it. He could say it flew out the window or something.

Mana led her too a small playground that was empty. "Have you ever been to a playground?" He asked happily.

Mana smiled. "Come over here. Sit down on the rubber between the chains. Don't worry it will hold you up. Hold onto the chains and dont let go" Mana said wondering how she would take being pushed on a swing.

"But-" Barick started to say until Aegina shot him a look that said "Shut up and just do it." He grumbled a bit and held on to Aislin. He didn't like the idea of being separated from her.
"Yes Aislin, you both are presumably well trained, so if you work together, the results should be more than perfect. After all, two heads are better than one." Aegina said.

Aislin turned her eyes to Aegina, "Most of the time I prefer to work with someone who's method I know. Or only for a limited part of my job, that way I don't have to worry about them screwing up the entire job. But I think Our Shadowdancer and I can be professionals about this," Her eyes shot back to Nikoli, and she crossed her arms, "Right?"

"I don't know what to do, Kir," Lily sobbed, and buried her face into his shoulder.
Lydia walked over to the swing and looked at it suspicously. She tested the seat some and then the chains. Slowly, she sat down and held onto the chains, unsure of what was going to happen.
