Kuro pulled Rogue into the shadows just in time to miss Alexz forcefield. He acted quickly with Rogue, he floated along a shadow path pulling her behind him. He then moved so that he was behind her and whispered into her ear 'I wonder, can you swim?' just as he finished his sentence Rogue could be seen thrown out from a shadow on the side of the docks, out over the water.
((Hope ya dont mind what I did Rogue, it was just a quick thing and you didnt need to rp it much, and well yeah after your message, I can still edit it if you want me to though))

Neko bounded back as soon as she felt the forcefield, not wanting to get slammed into some unforgiving surface and be crushed. The diamond in her hand dripped with blood, shining darkly and the Tainted felt soiled just by touching it. However, she didn't know how to get rid of it, but perhaps she could torture the answer out of Gabby.
Walking foward calmly, but still keeping her hybrid form, Neko towered over the battered vampire elder. Well, Neko was battered as well, blood dripping down her fur and matting it; she would need a shower, or perhaps several. "Are you going to behave now, or do I have to pull something else out of you" the Tainted asked coldly, a hint of a hiss or growl under her voice.

It had been a long time since Lydia had been out in the city; taking care of her daughter was a full time job, esspecially when Will had so little time to spare. Well, for now she could deal with what was going on, esspecially when everyone at Haven was willing to lend a hand. Being in such a tightly knit community made the huntress feel odd; not bad, just odd, as she had never really experienced that kind of commraderie before. Still, it was nice.
However, a comrade was not why she was out and about tonight. The psychic had felt or heard something very strange and very wrong from over by the docks and she was intent to figure out what it was. All she knew was that it had come from Rogue, it had to have, and that something felt wrong. There were many kinds of wrong, though, so Lydia was prepared.
With her pistol out and saftey off, the woman cautiously manuevered through the docks, rounding crates set to ship and hiding in the shadows so that she didn't draw attention to herself. She was sure that many a person in New York City would love to use her against Will, but even though she could defend herself, it was always a bad idea to go looking for trouble. Thinking to herself ruefully, Lydia smiled and shook her head. If looking for trouble is not a good thing, then why am I out here looking for a dangerous and unpredictable vampire elder? Well, I suppose I can have a lapse in rational judgement every now and then.
Turning another corner, she instantly pulled back again, having seen Neko looming over someone covered in blood. At least, Lydia thought it was Neko; the psychic had never seen the Tainted elder in any form but her human one. However, Lydia did not know of any Tainted that had white fur and could assume such a powerful form. Taking another cautious look, she saw a braid and green eyes; yes, this had to be Neko. The call had come from over here...but where was Rogue? Was that her on the ground?
No...no, it was not, but it was a vampire elder, of that Lydia was sure. The name Alexz went through her head, but the psychic had limited contact with Rogue, let alone the other vampire elders; she knew them more from descriptions than from actually meeting them. Well, Neko was certainly trying to help the hunters and it looked like she had taken down one of the four daywalkers. That was good, at least. Sheathing her gun, Lydia cautiously walked out from where she was hiding, making sure that Neko could see that she wasn't holding any weapons. It would not do now for Lydia to upset such a powerful elder, even by accident.
"I felt a call come from around here, so I came to check things out, but it already looks like you have everything under control, Elder Neko."

Rogue didn't know what Kuro was doing, and then the water splashed up around her. Her annoyance was trippled. She swam quickly to the dock and pulled herself up with ease. She could only see Neko as Kuro went into the shadows, and a roar escaped her. Alexz, get out of here...
Rogue said it into Alexz's mind as more of a command, Alexz's control seemingly lost, and her physical fighting was lacking because Alexz always relied on mind.
Rogue clenched her teeth, her hand went to her stomach. Her eyes locked on Neko and she leapt to tackle her, knife in hand.

Neko met Lydia stare for stare, Tainted meeting human. Those green eyes of hers, usually full of warmth, compassion, and happiness were now just hard and cold. Obviously Neko wasn't in too good a mood, given how she had just beat one of her friends black and blue. Suddenly, Rogue launched herself at the Tainted elder. Without batting an eye, Neko vanished from sight, avoiding the knife by millimeters.
Appearing by Lydia for a brief moment, the younger woman whispered softly "Distract her for me." before disappearing again, her speed bringing her back around towards Rogue, claws out and eager for the blood of another vampire.

Rogue steadied herself as she just missed Neko, and turned seeing Lydia. A flash of memories went through her, and she merely stared. Help me... Then Rogue felt the claws in her back and was broken from her short trance. Rogue roared in pain and arched the knife backwards, then spun, and felt the claws pull her flesh. Rogue slammed a solid fist, quickly followed by a kick at the Tainted Elder.

As Rogue spun around Kuro quickly jumped out of the shadows and pushed Neko aside in time to take both blows. He fell to the ground and laid there for a moment. He then slowly forced himself up. He took off his long jacket, showing his body more. His body was aching all over but he forced himself to keep going. A shadow figure rose from the ground and handed Kuro his sword 'Neko, you just worry bout Alexz, Rogue is mine!' he then ran towards Rogue his sword raised. The shadows sucked him in and he jumped out behind her to drive his sword into her back.

Having been at a fair distance, she'd been observing the events unfold from afar. The diamond within her making her crave for more blood. Her gaze narrowing, she slowly started walking forward towards the brawl. She strode swiftly and confidently towards them, her coat falling to the floor on the way. No one would insult the vampires in such a way.

"I don't need your help!" Neko hissed at Kuro, wincing a bit as he took both blows. "I've already taken down Alexz-" she stopped suddenly, her nose picking up another scent. Hissing loudly, the Tainted elder started stalking towards Rikku who had been watching for some time, apparently. To get two daywalkers in one night...the white animalian was almsot shivering in delight. Her bloodlust, long since help dormant by her rational mind, was now free and flowing through her veins, demanding more sacrifice to be appeased. To defeat Rikku, matriarch of the vampries of New York, would proclaim Neko as more powerful than the vampires. She had already proved herself more powerful than Alexz; Rikku wouldn't be all that much more difficult.

Rogue's mind raced as Kuro ran at her then disappeared in shadows. He fought through the shadows. He would take advanage of that power...she reached out her senses as he disappeared, and felt him come back into the physical world behind her and she turned in a twisted motion as he went for her back, kicking at the sword in his hand, then arcing the knife she still held at his face.

As soon as Rogue kicked his sword, Kuro tried to bring it straight to the ground. Once the sword hit the shadows began to pulling him back in, though he wasn't quick enough, Rogue's knife cut across his face as he went into the shadows. He then came back out a couple of paces away from Rogue. His sword in one hand, his other hand was to his face for a moment. When he pulled his hand away there was a cut going from the right of his forehead, between the eyes and down to the left of chin. There was no blood though, it was simply black. He screamed back to Neko 'I never thought you needed my help Neko!' he growled 'I was fighting Rogue! Not you!' the whole time he spoke he was glaring at Rogue 'This cut better not scar' he then snickered 'At least I don't need to worry bout seeing red blood gashing out' he then moved his hand near his face and after a bit black particles gathered on his fingers 'My form of bleeding is so much easier' he then wiped the particles off. Kuro then held his sword up right again in one hand, in his other hand he drew three throwing knives 'Well, lets continue the fun' he said with a smirk just before he threw one of the knifes and then running in a curve towards her.

Rogue took the knife she held and hit it against the knife flying towards her. Rogue drew a gun as she jumped high over him, and landed on some wooden boxes closeby. As her body arched over him, she let loose a series of shots.

Astarte bit her nails and sat at the edge of a dock, looking into the black water. Thoughts wondered through her mind as she tried to silently keep herself busy.

Diego stood ontop of a building. He licked some of the blood from his claws and stared down at the bones and mostly internal organs of some being. A babie cried in a basket next to him. Picking it up he punted the basket, baby and all, into the river. He watched them sail and eventually seperate as they plummeted into the water with a quiet splash. He raised both arms into the air like he had scored the winning points of a football game.

Astarte flinched out of her trance when she heard the splash and crouched down. She looked up and saw Diego. Suprisingly enough she was so far off daydreaming that she didn't even sense him. She stood up straight and stared at him.
